Skipped the Quest bar, but my PB2 did come, so I'll have my Poblano chicken for lunch with 3 Ak-Mak's and 2 T chocolate PB2 for lunch.

D: 4 lamb burgers, 1/2 cup boiled green beans 400 cal
total 1708 (100 over recommended)

dd/FD. Still fighting my pre-Tom appetite, plus I needed to have a "fatty meal" tonight for medical testing tomorrow early a.m.

Spent most of the day with a good friend.

-green tea w/stevia
-almonds
-homemade chicken salad on rye bread
-spinach & tomato salad
-apple
-homemade guacamole & tortilla chips

At home this evening:

-my hot cereal (oatmeal, flax, chia, cocoa, almond milk, cinnamon, natural crunchy peanut butter, beaten egg... microwaved)
-kale with beaten egg stir fried

Tonight.... my "fatty meal" I apparently need for the HIDA scan in the a.m...

-1 can King Oscar sardines coated in mustard (20 g. fat!)

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
