It's Sunday. What are you eating?

DD

B: Black coffee
S: Sun Warrior shake mixed with just water
L: We'll be out, maybe chili or a Subway salad
S: We'll be at the ball park, and I may have a beer or chips or both
D: Depends on what happens at the ball park.

I will allow myself to go to 1050 calories today if I need them since we'll be going to watch a baseball game with friends, and that's the upper end of my maintenance range.

UD, actually a FD for the holiday.

Continental breakfast at church.

Lunch....not sure.

But dinner......lamb shanks and seasoned rice & carrots, pita dipped in seasoned olive oil. Forgot the baklava for dessert so it will be homemade lemon meringue pie.

Doing a repeat of yesterdays's dd/FD.

My boys gave me a McDonalds apple pie this morning, which I'm saving for later (will reheat in toaster oven).

So far, just green tea w/stevia.

I just had 6 ounces of the best T-bone steak ever! DH BBq'd it and I had it with a bit of corn, shredded cabbage misked with shredded broccoli and carrots and topped off with 2 TBLSP of saurkraut.

DD for me if I can do it. lol. I think I can. That's all I've had so far today and all I'm planning for dinner is fat free yogurt and maybe an egg.

Having a fun Mother's Day, for sure!

Breakfast ended up being my shake mixed with 1/2 C greek yogurt.
Lunch ended up being a beer at the ball park along with some of Keira's peppers/onions off her hot dog.
Dinner is going to be a guacamole turkey burger with added jalapeno.

We ran the bases after the game, so I'm counting that as exercise. I'm also sunburned and dehydrated. I'm drinking as much as I can, but expect a little bounce in the morning.

Luckily it was an UD (Mother's Day) so my son and his family brought really good, thick burgers, potato salad, baked beans, cookies, cake... it felt so good to eat but I didn't stop when I was full. Dreamed about being at a family gathering with family members that died long ago, eating way too much, trying to count calories but they were enormous numbers, was served a cola beverage that was REAL, not diet -- yep, I ate WAY too much! Saturday I had an UUAAD which made it even worse. So, today is a DD which I will stick to like glue, and tomorrow we're meeting friends for dinner!! Boy, do I need to get back on track!!!
