It's Saturday what are you eating??

Been waiting for this thread to pop up and figured I would just start one myself

DD for me today

no breakfast

Lunch egg white oatmeal 150 calories

Supper salad, 3 pierogies with veggies 220 calories

370-may add a snack of cottage cheese and pineapple later if needed

Hope you all have a great day and wonderful weekend and to those of us that are Mom's a really Happy Mother's Day!!!

Thanks for starting the thread, Lynn.

Had a big FD yesterday, especially fueled by pre-Tom.

Today is either a full DD or my MUDDD dd/FD. Won't know for sure until I see how it goes.

L (by the time I was hungry at noon, I decided to have b'fast foods)
-green tea w/stevia
-2 oz. almonds
-1 egg fried in vco
-hot cereal (my own blend of stuff)

That adds up to about 550 cal.

I took a 100 mg. trans-resv. capsule after eating.

b--decaf black coffee--3 cups, 1 with So Delicious Hazelnut creamer (40)
l--salad--lots of veggies, homemade dressing and deli ham (161)
d--4 oz grilled t-bone, stir fry veggies (313)

That gets me to 514 cals. I allow 700-750, so will have a snack of some kind this afternoon, or will add to supper.

Dinner plan - steak, potato, salad, cauliflower or broccoli (599 cals or so to use)

It's an UD.

MD My husband is off to the US for the week tomorrow and yesterday was an UD. So a compromise between DD and eating a proper dinner with him.

Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Baked beans on one slice of wholemeal toast

Dinner: Roast chicken with lemon and garlic. Courgettes.

Evening Tiffin: Gin and Tonics(s) on the lawn.

Tomorrow I'll do another DD.

Beans on toast kept me full all day and I think I could have skipped dinner if I was alone.

Too hungry not to eat. I guess my hormones are fueling the need. I made a skillet of fish (fried canned kipper), 1/4 c. veggie broth, coleslaw mix, broccoli slaw mix, ginger, red curry paste, no salt Greek seasoning, black pepper, and a pinch of dulse powder.

There is a ton of food left in the skillet for later.

Finished the DD part of my day at 760 calories.

I am going to switch over to my MUDDD FD part of the day in a few minutes. Then I will no longer be counting calories. Through the evening, I intend to have grapefruit, finish some blueberries, dig into my little carton of So Delicious vanilla "ice cream" (made from coconut) leftover from last month, maybe some wine, natural peanut butter and dark chocolate....

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Went over on my calories a bit on yesterday UD. Having the munchies today on DD.

I tried to start out DD at 500 but always seem to eat more some days so going for 600 today.

B - nothing
L - tuna wrap 363c
D - progresso chicken rotini soup 140c
S - apple 70c, almond/cranberry bite 20c, sf popcicle 15c

Lunch was Old Spaghetti Factory, minestrone, spaghetti with mizithra and brown butter/meat sauce combo, spumoni, and iced tea.

DH is making Amy Lu chicken burgers, artichokes, and sweet potato tater tots for dinner.

I'm having a heck of a time finding bread/hamburger buns with no soy. Suggestions?

It's an UP day:

B- sausage, egg, cheese breakfast burrito made w/ Joseph's flax pita
L- leftover serving of Italian Spinach Lasagna Casserole
D- We went out to celebrate my half-a-million+ website visitor. I hit 500,00+ today! I ate boiled shrimp, 4 oysters on the half shell and a big piece of batter-fried fish at our local Chinese Buffet. Figured that was better for me than the Chinese stuff would be.

It's almost 9 and I didn't eat the soup for dinner! I'm putting it away, saving for Monday's lunch! The almond/cranberry bite I had is a pk of mix that comes from CVS. I ate 2 almonds and about 3 dried cranberries. So guesstimating the calories on that. Yay for me! Coming in under 500 when I was going to do 600!

Unfortunately I eat a lot of fast food lately

Today I also did a 5k obstacle course run which took me 1:20 to complete and in 94 degrees. I drank 3 bottles of water during the race and have had 88 ounces of liquids.

I'm looking forward to a DD tomorrow
