TGIF Everyone!

Well, it's Pre-Tom, as evidenced by a big hunger attack not even an hour after my big dinner last night. I'd already eaten steak, beans & rice, and a load of sauteed veggies, when an overwhelming need for chocolate struck. I ended up having about 500 calories of dark chocolate and peanut butter. Took my already high DD into UD territory. But oh well.... think I'll just switch to my MUDDD version for a week or so until I'm through the hormonal hunger.

B
-green tea w/stevia & squeeze of lemon
