B: Sun Warrior Warrior Blend Vanilla shake with 1/2 C 0% Oikos Greek yogurt, black coffee (147) L: The guys at work are bbq'ing a tri-tip. 3 oz cooked tri-tip. I'll stop at the store and get some cucumbers and tomatoes and maybe make a nice salad with that and AVC (269) D: Maybe a small Wendy's chili for (210). That still leaves me about 125 for a snack. ![]() |

B: toasted bagel (but I hollowed out the insides and threw them away to save calories) topped with a tiny bit of butter and one HB egg plus one HB egg white. then I had a mini chocolate cupcake (600 cals for breakfast) L: business meeting - hoping for a salad and salmon D: probably light since I won't have many calories left - we'll see. |

TGIF Everyone!
Well, it's Pre-Tom, as evidenced by a big hunger attack not even an hour after my big dinner last night. I'd already eaten steak, beans & rice, and a load of sauteed veggies, when an overwhelming need for chocolate struck. I ended up having about 500 calories of dark chocolate and peanut butter. Took my already high DD into UD territory. But oh well.... think I'll just switch to my MUDDD version for a week or so until I'm through the hormonal hunger. B -green tea w/stevia & squeeze of lemon |

b--Smoothie with 1 cup almond milk, 1 container Amande blueberry almond yogurt, 6 or so raspberries, and 1 scoop SW vanilla protein powder. (295) l--grain free vegan wrap with ham, avocado, lettuce, tomato, grapeseed veganaise; apple slices (431) d--not sure will set aside 500 cals. sn--1 oz almonds (175 cal); So Delicious Butter pecan coconut ice cream (160 cal) This gets me to ~1550. |

UDB: Yoghurt & Fruit L: Hot X Bun with butter 2 Soy capuccinos D: Dinner out at Nandos or Wagamamma (chicken or Noodles) couple of glasses of wine. YAY I messed up my DD a bit yesterday cos I was starvin marvin around 6pm and ate a wedge of cheese adding about 250 calories so hope it didn't do too much damage. so far... B/L: 5oz dreamfields pasta, 2tsp marg, 1/4c parmesan, 1 can tuna snack: 2oz dorset cereals muesli, 4oz almond milk-- about 240 cal together plan for dinner: rib steak, fauxtatoes (creamed cauliflower), and maybe some red wine I'm traveling starting tomorrow, so likely won't be posting daily, but will use my ********* on my BB and online to keep track. |
