d--not sure will set aside 500 cals.

sn--1 oz almonds (175 cal); So Delicious Butter pecan coconut ice cream (160 cal)

This gets me to ~1550.
Throw the lunch out the window. The wraps smelled funky so I tossed them. I didn't feel like a salad with those ingredients (tummy a bit sensitive today and felt the extra roughage might pass through too quickly). Settled on a can of progresso light chicken noodle, with some shrimp tossed in. All set to tuck in when my dd reminded me that those were EGG noodles. Crap. Picked out all the noodles and ate the rest. Topped it off with some peanut butter on apple slices.

Supper is turning out to be a hot dog roast over a bonfire at the pond. Since the actual hot dog is the only food of the typical wiener roast I can actually eat, I need to figure out what else to bring. Maybe I'll bake a sweet potato to take along.

Today is a DD (<500).

So far I've had coffee with milk (35 cal) and a Choban Lowfat yogurt (140 cal).

This is my second DD - I'm surprised how "unhungry" I am. Didn't eat the yogurt until 2 pm - wasn't ravenous then either...

Need to go shopping to pick up some low cal foods to grab and go to work with.

No Margaritas here but I manage a half a pint of bitter and a packet of crisps!

Also a Shrimp curry I threw together later.

-3 squares Lindt 85% dark chocolate dipped in copious amounts of natural chunky peanut butter (I'm pre-Tom - you gals understand! )
-1 glass red wine

Yes, it's weekend, so that means I'm having wine! LOL, I shouldn't be this happy about it? Then again, it can be a joyous part of life.

I'm just trying to drink less than I used to for my stomach, my sleep, and to prevent anything else that my excesses could cause (and I'd already cut back even before this over time but found I was still unable to handle the amounts, so it's probably for the best to cut back more like I have)... And I'm trying to eat something, anything with the wine instead of just drinking it on an empty stomach like I would often do. Oh, and have a cup of water between glasses.

There, now off to stir the spaghetti sauce simmering...

D: Maybe a small Wendy's chili for (210).

That still leaves me about 125 for a snack.
I couldn't finish all my shake this morning. I didn't have the tomatoes at lunch, but had a little extra tri-tip. I just had my small chili for dinner, and I'm stuffed. I still have 115 calories to get to my 750 for maintenance. I'm thinking it's okay if I don't hit it, but wonder if that's going to disrupt the whole maintenance experiment . . .

Today was a DD

I had 1 string cheese, 1 packet of oatmeal, 1 protein shake during the day for 340 cals, then went to a party and had approx 3 oz various cheeses. I'm sitting about 640...a little high but I'm good with it.
