3 weeks for a lifetime of good sporting habits!

So, instead of cluttering the whole board, let's use this thread for our 3 week habit forming exercise group!

There is only one rule:

Move your body every day for the next three weeks!

This is EXTRA movement in addition to your usual day... No excuses!

Let's motivate eachother to better health and bodies!

So, for me today I will be doing:

20 Minutes T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus
10 Minutes rebounding

I walk our dog every day for 45 minutes, so this has become part of my daily routine, so I will not include this here...

Have a great day everyone!

I just started the 100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups and 200 squats challenges last night. I'm definitely feeling it today!

I'm still really sore from my workout with the trainer yesterday. Ouch!

But I'm off to the pool for water aerobics this evening.

You guys are awesome! I hate exercise with the heat of a thousand suns and so far haven't done anything other than park a few extra spaces away from my usual right by the door spot.

Here's to some motivation. I'll start with my daughter's Kinect dance game for 20 minutes (even if I have to endure her insane laughter at my moves).

I agree - I don't like exercising either! I would like to join if that is ok....I would like to manage to do some exercise everyday for the next 3 weeks!

Morning all!

So, how was the weekend? Did you all manage to get some exercise in?

I went hiking on Saturday, and did my T-tapp. On Sunday I repeated the process! Feeling great, and I'm really motivated to keep it up to make exercise another healthy habit.

Today, so far, I've not done anything. I woke up late and went straight to work, so this evening I'll do T-tapp and hop on my rebounder for 20 minutes...

Gardening for me, which is active but not exactly high impact. Back to my HIIT today.

I went to the pool Saturday. But, yesterday was a DOR.

I'm heading to the gym this morning. I'm planning on 60 minutes of high intensity cardio. Then, some mild strength training. (Gotta save myself for tomorrow's torture session with personal trainer!)

I'm also planning on swimming laps today and then water aerobics tomorrow.

I'll be out of town Wed-Thurs and no time to do much but walk or maybe run up and down stairs at the hotel.

Then Friday another workout session and then will be gone for 2 weeks.

when I'm in D.C. we will be at the same hotel we stay at every year. I'm very familiar with their gym. It's well-equipped and I'll work out several days in the gym and also be walking around the Capitol a lot!

I worked out early this morning with my personal trainer for an hour and 15 minutes. It was a new cardio circuit she calls "the 50's" because you have to do 50 reps of every exercise!!! On tricep dips and pull ups I was yelling for my Mama!

I'm going to be gone for two days. Will be back Friday.
