Link: Foods with highest IF rating

http://nutritiondata.self.com/foods-...0000000000.htm

A few months ago I was obsessed with inflammation and it's effects on the body. As a result I began researching how to reduce inflammation via the foods we eat. I found this very long list of foods ranked from highest to lowest impact on inflammation.

I thought it might be of some interest,

D

It works, thanks!

The herb turmeric is a great natural anti inflammatory. You can get it in capsules as well.

Our diet has shifted a bit to include more hot peppers, tumeric and unusual vegetables. And seaweed. Dried Wakame Dulse sprinkled on salad looks cool and adds just a hint of salty tang. : )

I really should revisit this, it seemed to help with 'getting out of bed' aches.

Awesome link! Thank you, D!! (And to JUDDD!) This is quite timely since I'm eating more of an anti-inflammatory way now (as much % of time as I'm able).

Lots of peppers I see. That is one food I have eliminated from my diet due to causing me joint pain. Interesting list. Thanks for posting the link.
