Shooting for 750 calories

B: Black coffee, then later a Sun Warrior Shake (92)
S: Broth with serrano pepper (7)
L: Peeled, sliced cucumber, topped with salmon/light miracle whip (134)
D: Amy Lu chicken burger, low carb ketchup, brown mustard, 2 slices Sarah Lee multi grain 45 calorie bread (255)

That leaves me with 262 calories for additional snacks if needed, or a side item with my burger.

Or, if DH prefers to go out, I have over 500 calories for dinner.

Bounce on the scale from the hot wings yesterday I know it's just salt! (Still annoying though )

I'm going to make some chicken noodle soup w/chicken broth, shirataki noodles, a few carrots, some zucchini, green onions and celery.
Maybe 200 cals total.

If I get too hungry I'll make some pita chips (low carb - Joseph's) with salsa.

Lunch - Hungry Girl's Butternut Squash Bake (1/2 recipe)
Dinner - Shirataki Noodles with Sweet Chili Sauce, 1 Steak Umm, and 2 Laughing Cow Blue Cheese wedges

Right now I'm at 462 calories, so maybe I'll also have a SF jello cup as a snack OR make some gluc pudding???

UD here--must get over 1500

b--1 sausage patty, smoothie--almond milk, SW protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
l--grain free vegan wrap with deli ham, avocado, lettuce, tomato, veganaise mayo; small salad
s--not sure. Maybe roast, veggies and potato

Leaves about 150 to fill in.

B - 2 eggs, OMM, laughing cow and 1 piece of bacon 456c
L - crock pot lasagna 350c and a chewy protein nature valley bar 190c
D - pork chop and cauli - mashed 317c

that leaves 688 for me. I haven't planned today well. I may add a side salad for lunch. Not sure.

UD for me and having some friends over for dinner for something I haven't had in over 6 months! Chicken Spaghetti! YUMMM

B - 2 egg omelet w/ red onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, bit of cheese topped w/ salsa & sour cream
L - chicken salad made w/ hellmans light, diced gala apple, dried cranberries, walnuts, celery, red onion maybe in lc wg flax flatout
D - chicken spaghetti, (if you've never had this and you like mexican - it's GREAT!), 2 garlic toast, riesling wine, pc of cheesecake or key lime pie

That should meet my 1950 calories!

Michelle, Happy Birthday and I am delighted to see that it is an UD.

DD for me, after yesterday turned into an UD, Dinner out was too good an offer to refuse.

So far just some coffee and a Bovril drink maybe 20 cals all together.

Dinner will be Alaskan Wild salmon , Jersey Royal potatoes, and lots of veggies.

scratch the cream of wheat. i wanted to split up my 2 pizzas and have one this evening.

so will have one pizza for lunch and then this afternoon will have 1oz cream cheese with some choco gluc pudding. and will have that same 'dessert' with my pizza this evening too.

cals stayed the same as above.

Breakfast - Nothing. I think the gene has kicked in. Really not hungry at all.

Lunch - Home made bread and brie. Blueberries

Snacks = half a cold sausage and three oat cakes with cream cheese. Two squares of Lint chilli dark chocolate (126 cals!!).

Dinner - Mushroom and beef bolongnese with whole wheat spaghetti

Glass or two of red wine.
