s--not sure. Maybe roast, veggies and potato

Leaves about 150 to fill in.
Supper will be the leftover stir fry from last night, since no one was here to eat it and there's a ton left. It's less cals than the roast/potato/veggie meal, so had a bit more to fill.

Snacks were 1/2 apple dipped in almond butter, 1/2 oz of almonds, and a couple bites of coconut oil bark.

I actually can have 1/2 cup of brown rice with it if I want to. We'll see.

I ate too much. It was an UD, fortunately, but it was still too much. Blah.

Looking forward to my dd tomorrow.

I am a person that needs clear structure. I like that DD's require so much. UD's seem to get away from me. I know that my last two it was because I was eating out and that will NOT always be the case. In fact, it's rarely the case.

Looking forward to getting back on track. I actually did decently today when I ate out. I had a cheeseburger off the bun and subbed fried for shaved brussel sprouts with bacon in a lemon buerre blanc sauce. No starches! I did cave and have a butterscotch creme brulee for dessert, but all in all that wasn't too bad.

Later dinner than I thought it would be at 10 p.m. lol. This is rare for us to have it so late.

-Salmon fillets (were wonderful cooked by the method on Steamy Kitchen)
-Callaloo (was awesome too - something new & yummy for me to have my greens cooked like that. Also from Steamy Kitchen)

D: Amy Lu chicken burger, low carb ketchup, brown mustard, 2 slices Sarah Lee multi grain 45 calorie bread (255)

That leaves me with 262 calories for additional snacks if needed, or a side item with my burger.

Or, if DH prefers to go out, I have over 500 calories for dinner.
Dinner was a Carl's Jr. guacamole turkey burger with jalapenos. Ending the day at 723 calories.

Thanks dazygyrl! I'll think about getting some LC pita's in, or maybe on a tortilla I think I have in the freezer... hmmm...
*******

Dinner was great! I can't remotely figure out the calories (or carbs, oy), but here's what i ate:

2 mini fish tacos-- crispy cod, guac, pickle-y salsa (onion, red pepper, no tomatoes), creme fraiche
1 mini braised beef taco

about 30 oz of white beer-- I had a 6 beer tasting, and DH had some, so it's down from 36

side salad (greens, slices of apple, balsamic dressing)

great burger (NO BUN)-- prime rib burger, bacon, PULLED PORK, aged cheddar melted on top.
a couple slices of tomato, onion, pickle.

I've got 30oz of white beer at about 382 cals
My breakfast was about 635

that leaves me with about 1000-1200 for dinner, and I'm sure I used it all up.

I'm ok with that. And I JUDDD.

(remind me of this when I'm hungry tomorrow ) KIDDING-- all worth it.

gnight!
S.
