I ate too much. It was an UD, fortunately, but it was still too much. Blah.
Looking forward to my dd tomorrow. I am a person that needs clear structure. I like that DD's require so much. UD's seem to get away from me. I know that my last two it was because I was eating out and that will NOT always be the case. In fact, it's rarely the case. Looking forward to getting back on track. I actually did decently today when I ate out. I had a cheeseburger off the bun and subbed fried for shaved brussel sprouts with bacon in a lemon buerre blanc sauce. No starches! I did cave and have a butterscotch creme brulee for dessert, but all in all that wasn't too bad. |

I'll think about getting some LC pita's in, or maybe on a tortilla I think I have in the freezer... hmmm...******* Dinner was great! I can't remotely figure out the calories (or carbs, oy), but here's what i ate: 2 mini fish tacos-- crispy cod, guac, pickle-y salsa (onion, red pepper, no tomatoes), creme fraiche 1 mini braised beef taco about 30 oz of white beer-- I had a 6 beer tasting, and DH had some, so it's down from 36 ![]() side salad (greens, slices of apple, balsamic dressing) great burger (NO BUN)-- prime rib burger, bacon, PULLED PORK, aged cheddar melted on top. a couple slices of tomato, onion, pickle. I've got 30oz of white beer at about 382 cals My breakfast was about 635 that leaves me with about 1000-1200 for dinner, and I'm sure I used it all up. I'm ok with that. And I JUDDD.(remind me of this when I'm hungry tomorrow ) KIDDING-- all worth it.gnight! S.
