Stats- how much did you lose, and how long has it taken?

I dont know a thing about CALP. But JUDDD, I am loving!!

I started JUDDD march 15th of this year. I have lost 14.5 lbs and over 16 inches now! I am quite happy with the results! They are much slower than what I would of done on Atkins. But I figured I didnt put all the weight on over night I can expect it to come off over night either! Slow and steady and happier than ever!!!
