First decent DD

I've been JUDDDING since March and I've lost, but today was the first non-miserable DD I've had. I have never exceeded my DD calories of 380 and hunger was never the issue, but by 3pm I would have a horrible headache, be dizzy, woozy and confused. I felt that I could not think clearly and was not driving at night on DDs. By the time I came home from work I was miserable and in a BAD MOOD! I know I could have bumped up my calories, but I didn't think another 100 calories was going to help much.
So Friday was a DD and due to sheer business I fasted until dinner when I said forget it and had a slice of pizza. Saturday just turned out to be a mid-day (my first) and so did Sunday. Yesterday was my planned UD and today I had my first decent DD. I fasted until 7:30pm- again due to craziness at work and just had my Talapia filet. I never got dizzy, woozy or a headache and only started snapping at my spouse while cooking my fish.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I want to have more good DDs.
Was this only a good day because I ate a bit more than usual over the weekend with 2 MDs followed by an UD?
I would love any feed back.
I want to keep JUDDDING, but need to feel decent on DDs.
Thanks, Carly

Seems like the magic kicked in for you!! It takes some longer but once it does it really is......magical!!!

I think what would help you is make a menu. Then make those meals the night before, or even the weekend before and freeze. You will have your calories planned out and the meals made and no reason to not follow your rotations!!!

When I make stuff, like meatloaf. I make 3 meals, cook it all at once. I let it cool then wrap one to freeze. Then the other I cut into slices and baggie those as to how its suppose to go (hubby likes meatloaf sammies for lunch sometimes.) I usually do this because monday-friday I dont have much time either for things. But since JUDDD, I make like my fish all at once, wrap it separately and when I get home it in the freezer just need to microwave it!!! Its so much easier taking one day to make extra meals than dealing with a bad day and a starving family!!!!

Edit to add: I forgot, I went to the dollar store a month back. I found those 3 compartment containers. I started putting in my protein, my veggie and maybe a serving of fries or already cooked rice. And I freeze those too. I usually use left overs. Its alot cheaper than buying those precooked meals like that and I know on those days of crazy crazy I can grab that and mic it and its good to go too!!!

Glad you DD was better Carly. How are you losing? If it is going well you may be able to increase your DD calories a little to help you feel better. JUDDD should be a pretty pleasant way to live.

I've lost 25 total and about 15 on Juddd
I'll try bumping DDs a bit. I think I really need to eat more on Uds too.
Thanks, Carly
