I didn't faint, but I think I had to pick my eyeballs up off the floor and put them back in! And, I only stepped on it 4 times. Then two more later in the day. no, 3!! I forgot about the last one before dinner. It was .2 lower than in the morning! ???

So, now I'm at 1150 calories and my UDs are supposed to be 1900. I'm perfectly stuffed. I think what I'm going to do is have a cup of yogurt right before bed and call it a day. I'm starting to experiment with "shaking things up" and one thought I have is that maybe I should not eat when I'm not really hungry. Especially if I can get to 1200 calories which mainstream gurus like Oz seem to think is the magic number?

I'm afraid that if I eat just to get calories in this late in the day, then the bounce will be bigger than it should be tomorrow. I'm expecting a bounce because I worked out hard with the trainer at the gym and I worked out in the pool and swam some laps.

I'm happy enough right now to say, hey, I'm going to try this and see what happens. If it's not looking good in a day or two, I'll go back to eating up to my limit. Or,,,, if I can find a cookie or some chocolate....hummmmmm....naw. Don't think I have anything like that in the house. I do have fudge cycles in the freezer.....

Thanks Cindy for the confirm

And thanks YamYam for posting! I had something similar happen on Saturday where I really indulged... Sunday the scale showed an INCREASE (my first) and I weighed today after a good 2 rotations-- and I'm 2lbs lower than I was before the increase.

I love the forgiving nature of JUDDD, and that shaking it up is not a bad thing!

Thought I would update: So, after my magical -7 pound drop on Tuesday morning, I had a great and controlled UP day Tuesday. Got on the scale Wednesday morning and whoosh, -2 more pounds. That's -9 pounds in 2 days!!! Of course, 5.2 pounds of that was the re-lose of the weekend water weight gain. But, still!!

I think Pat was so right. My body was finally ready to drop off some fat and water after several weeks of just hanging out at the same weight. And, Sophiethecat is right about how shaking things up sometimes (even if it's unintentional!) can get the scale moving downward again.

Usually when I work out hard with weight training, the scale goes up the next day no matter if I do it on an UD or DD. Tuesday was an UD, I worked out HARD with the personal trainer and then did water aerobics and swam some laps. So, was I ever surprised to see another loss.

Yesterday (Thursday) I had a 300 calorie DD. The scale bounced up over a pound this morning. However, I had another hard working workout session with the trainer. She had me do a circuit which included cardio, weights, body resistance like MEN's push-ups!!! I did 10 push-ups and didn't have to go to my knees! that's a record for me! Woo-Hoo!

So, I'm ok with the gain because I know my muscles need to hold on to glycogen and water to repair. I'm so sore today it's tough moving my arms and legs!

But, I'm going to do some water aerobics before dinner. That's going to feel good on my sore body!

I'm pretty thrilled with the scale right now. And, I'm very excited about my belly because it's getting flatter and flatter! Yippeeeee!!!
