DD for me, so not much!

The plan is split pea soup with canadian bacon for lunch (360 cals.)

A bit of this, a bit of that...

1 wheat free bread roll with ham and cheese and salad
2 TB of hoummous
8 walnut halves
one scoop of ice cream from the new ice cream shop around the corner from the office: mango and passion fruit!
homemade meatballs, probably 2 medium sized ones and some cauliflower, stirfried in olive oil and garlic.

I calculated it all to be 2146 cals.

D: fish fillet in potato roll w/cheese, di'jon mustard, corn on the cob, sauteed spinach
S: (before bed) Lance peanut butter crackers

Gonna drink water all the live-long day!!

DD here after 3 UDs in a row.

This is the plan of foods I'll have. I just put them all in a list because I don't know when I'll get hungry - may not be the traditional meal times. Going to take resveratrol for the first time today, along with my first meal.

-green tea w/stevia

-1 egg fried in a bit of vco
-1 bowl of oatmeal cooked w/berries, flax, cinnamon, vanilla, stevia, etc.

-salmon
-leftover Mediterranean salad
-pineapple chunks

-1/2 oz. almonds OR 1 T. natural crunchy peanut butter
-1 apple
-carrots

-small serving Asian Chicken (with rice for everyone else, with Miracle Noodles for me - first time trying them)
-cocoa w/almond milk

Comes in at about 900 cal.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

D: spicy ground beef cheesy veggie casserole, low carb pumpkin herb muffin, raw milk truffle gouda, triple cream wild mushroom brie
S: chocolate protein shake (Well Wisdom vital whey natural cocoa, 1 egg, 100% cocoa powder, Fage 0%, stevia)

Below my limit at 1750 calories even counting the EVCO but I'm in the mood for a salad for lunch which is odd for me. We'll see if I can add something else later.

L: 3oz grilled asparagus, 1c of unsweet almond milk, with some davinci for flavor/sweetness

D: the plan is for some leftover salmon and pork (about 3oz each), and either a huge salad or cooked veggies (maybe that cabbage stirfry everyone talks about).

S: if I need it, I have room for 2 more cups of almond milk (80cal)... I'll try not to need it.

D: it will be late before I get home so maybe nothing or maybe trader joe's personal size veggie pizza (250)

Kind of intrigued by all the shake it up posts and raising DD calories so might eat up a bit today, not sure yet.

Had the bolded items so far. That was about 11:15 a.m. Wow, I just realized that was 5 hours ago. I'm just now getting hungry, but I'm going to put off eating and take a shower. I was hungry earlier, about 2 hours after eating but I knew that was "false hunger" because, come on - I just had all that food and it couldn't REALLY be hunger.

Oh and I took the resveratrol after that meal and I have felt more energy, but maybe I was just due to get with it and start organizing and stuff, lol.

It's been a blah food day. Breakfast was "okay" then lunch wasn't very good and I don't feel so great. I didn't have the Ak-Maks, but did have a string cheese.

DH asked me to pick up dinner and I still can't decide what that might be. I still have over 1000 calories for dinner though, so I guess it could be just about anything.
