I haven't tried it yet, but I just ordered PB2 in regular and chocolate.

Oat Fiber-if you want to make the OMMs. Not Oat Bran--Oat Fiber.

I want to suggest PolyD fiber powder. It does have calories but it's a great product to get the mouth feel, moisture and a bit of sweetness we all love in baked products and a very little goes a LONG way! I use it in my OMM now and any other baked product I make and it seems to help with the oat fiber dryness that tends to happen when using it.

It's inexpensive, too and 1 tsp (usually all you would need for a OMM) is only 6 calories but so worth what it adds to baked products!

Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas--I order 10 packages at a time and freeze what I can't use in a week or so. Absolutely delicious and they don't seem to raise my blood sugar.

just a warning--some people can't eat the PolyD without gastric distress. It does a wonderful job of adding moisture/sweetness however.

I love the Quest Bars. natural ingredients, only 160-170 cals per bar, high protein and keep you full for hours. Love the strawberry cheesecake, apple pie and coconut cashew flavours.

I second the Quest bars. Now the first couple I ate I hated them. So used to super sweet stuff I guess. Kind of got used to them and now I use them for times I can't fix food for myself or I am in a hurry.

I third that suggestion for Quest bars. They have an all natural line that's sweetened with just stevia and erythritol. I don't use them unless I'm traveling or for emergency situations, but they're really handy for that and are pretty filling for the relatively low calories. My favorites are the lemon cream pie and coconut cashew.

Trying to stay away from Aspartame and Splenda... just ordered 4 different cases of Zevia sodas.
I love my emulsions to give me my orange OMM without the oranges.
I also LOVE my Dulce de Leche Davincis syrup. Soooo Good!
The walden farms HOney BBQ... yummy on Egg White Omelets

DO NOT GET
Walden Farms Ketchup: YUCK!
Hersheys Sugar Free Syrup: Splenda and Chocolate DO not Mix!

Powdered Erythritol as a sweetner in OMM and other baked products, does not cause gastic distress.
I also love the Zevia cream soda and make an Egg Cream with it.
Will be trying the Trinity Hill Farms No Sugar Added Condiments, Zesty Barbeque Sauce and Miss Meringue, mini meringue cookies

I agree, but at 1 tsp I think it's probably pretty safe. More than that, maybe not.

I reccomend the Heinz low carb ketchup. I can't find the ketchup anywhere and I try to save carbs wherever I can. The choco perfection chocolate bars are yummy and sf and LC. But if you can I found better ones called Simply Lite at trader Joes that are even better.

Guy's Award Winning Original Sugar Free BBQ Sauce (is awesome and puts Walden Farms to shame....which I use to tolerate)

Mama Lupe tortillas

PB2

Baha Bob's Sugar Free (no calories) Margarita Mix - this tastes so good even without alcohol. I use to love to go out for Margaritas and this beats any restaurant mix. this brand offers a lot of sugar free drink mixes but I have not tried any of the others.

I love the low-carb chili but it does not like me Is really filling if your body can handle it.

In my last order, I ordered some of the Capella flavor drops, and they're good. They add flavor w/o sweetener, so you can add whatever sweetener you want. I espec. like the pina colada and the strawberries and cream drops that I add to my smoothies. I also like SOME of the Quest bars. Really hated the Apple Pie (bummer -really wanted to like it), but enjoyed the peanut butter supreme, chocolate brownie and the peanut butter and jelly. Berry bliss was ok. Have one more - vanilla almond - to try. I tried the tip some others use and warmed them slightly in the microwave. They are dense and seem moister and tastier when slightly warm. I like to have them for my lunch at work - I just break of bits and eat them as I enjoy a good book. Also, I got the Jok'n'Al Fruit blackberry and apple fruit spread and it's yummy. I also got some PB2, but haven't used it yet.

I was bummed about this too. I *was* happy, however, that I noticed that the whole order would be held up for it if I ordered it now. So I took it out of my cart. Phew. Glad I didn't miss that.

Anyone have a whey-free protein bar recommendation? The Quest bars hurt my stomach, even when I eat half of one on a full stomach .

I know a lot of people get the pb2 but netrition has protein plus peanut flour and its cheaper and there aren't any ingredients except peanuts. Its wonderful. I would get nutiva coconut oil, gluc, davincis, Walden farms pancake syrup is wonderful, kind bars are really good, mrm whey protein French vanilla if you do protein. The 5lb tub is only like 35.00.
