It's Monday. What fun "excercise" did you do today?

I'll start. I live on 5 forest acres on the Oregon Coast. I took my three boys (yellow lab, jack russel/ chihuahua mix, silky) for a hike to the creek and around the little pond. There are a few good hills to get up, it's not a pasture. I promised myself that as soon as the weather got nice I'd take the boys walking most days. I feel like I got something healthy accomplished and I've got three very happy boys.

I plan on attacking my husband later...that is the Only fun exercise I know of.

Becky - you are hilarious!

Just got off the treadmill for 30 minutes. I can attest to the fact that it was decidely UNFUN! But it is done and after the eating day I've had, I needed to get on there. Probably should have made it 130 minutes! LOL!

Now off to shower and see if I can eat any kind of decent dinner with the 40 calories I left myself! HAHAHA!

Darn those M&Ms.

I had 20 calories left for supper, I had a teaspoon of ice cream! Tomorrow I do 20 minutes on the elliptical, not fun but I really want to tone up.

I walked 5 miles this a.m. But then this afternoon I walked a mile with dd5, hand in hand half the time.....the other half she ran ahead (I ran yesterday so didn't want to today, not even to keep up with her LOL). But that was fun.
