...and over what period of time.

I know some have tickers in their sigs, but sometimes those reflect multiple WOE's.

I started January 8 and I have lost 20 pounds on JUDDD. And I have enjoyed every minute. Almost.

Started January 28 2012 at 198 pounds.

Today I weigh 177 pounds, so 22 pounds total.

Oh, and I should add: for about the past week, I've raised DD calories to 700 and just working on maintaining. Still lost a pound, though. Pretty nice.

I started January 1 and have lost 21 pounds. Most of it in January and February. March and April were very, very slow because I - :stars: - failed to eat enough on UDs and extended my DD caloric restriction too long. Now that I am eating more calories more frequently, my weight loss rate has increased. (Got to love a WOE where you have to eat more often and more calories :hyst:)

Hard to say exactly with all the bouncing I've been doing lately but about 8-10lbs since March 30th.

17 lbs in 6.5 months. I won't ever win a race in speed for sure, but this woe has been far more beneficial to me in countless ways, and I know that for the first time ever it's what will not only heal my metabolism and my relationship with food, but also be my tool for maintaining and will help keep me from relapsing and regaining all the weight again.

Well when ya put it this way... 19.2 pounds in two months. started 3-1-12. Perhaps i should relax over the slow craw at this point huh? :o

Started March 26th with a modified JUDDD (my down day calories are at a higher percentage) and am down 9 1/2 lbs.

:hyst: Uh, yeah, maybe.

Great losses at first seem to be common on this WOE, but it does kind of set us up to expect that rate to continue and it probably won't. Focus on the big picture a bit and re-read that thread about why your body needs a break. You've lost about 10% of your weight, IIRC. That's no small feat! Pat yourself on the back!!!!! :notwrthy:

I've lost 47 pounds with JUDDD since December 12. Nearly 5 months. I'm currently taking a "maintenance break" so let my body adjust and will go back into WLM in a month or two.

7 pounds since starting Jan 13, 2012. I had only 3 pounds to go to get to goal. That took the first month. Then I maintained for about6 weeks (lost another pound), until I decided 2 weeks before Easter to lose some more, and lost 4 pounds in those 2 weeks.

So I suppose I've lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks of wlm with JUDDD. I've bee back in maintenance since Easter.

I embarked on the JUDDD way of living on March 22 with a starting weight of 227. On yesterday's weigh-in, I was 203. 24 pounds in not quite 7 weeks, while dieting only half the time. :heart:

Took me around 12 weeks to lose 10 lbs getting me to 4 lbs under my goal weight. Been maintaining all this year.

I've lost 18 pounds since starting on 3/18/12. I guess that's about 7 weeks. And it's true the big losses were in the beginning. Since week three I tend to stay the same for a week, drop a bit, stay the same for a week, drop a bit. Last stall lasted two weeks and really had me going bananas. But in all, the big picture is one I like! :)
