My daughter recently changed to Su-T-Th DD's which coincides w her work schedule.
Her loss has slowed just a bit but she's lost 45# since mid Oct.

In all this time, the only days she has overeaten were T-day and X mas. This habit seemed to disappear quite miraculously.

She started dating and immediately told him about her plan and he was quite supportive and tried to plan around it.

She pretty much tells everyone about ADF now.

Wow Jem, she's doing so great! I know you're so proud of her. And how wonderful that her guy is helping her out. I worry a bit about that when the time comes. Her being up front about it right away is so smart.

How do I do maintenance? Also, I eat a big breakfast around 9 a.m.and then fast until the next morning. Can I consider that fast my DD and then start eating at 9 a.m. after the fast for my UD? I don't do well on just 500 calories. It is better for me not to eat at all after breakfast.

Since this thread got bumped, I should update! I've now lost 77 pounds total, 66 on JUDDD. I haven't been fast since then ... avg. 1 lb/week, but I've kept going (pretty easily!) and it adds up!

I've lost 41 JUDDD pounds since I started JUDDD in late January 2013, 8 1/2 months ago. Slow, yes. Who cares? I feel better than I have in a very long time and I am actually at a lower weight than I've been for over twelve years. I don't feel deprived, hungry, feel like I'm on a protracted diet or any other negatives. When I would diet before, about 80% of the time I was thinking about the diet and FOOD. How long would this take? How fast was it going to go away? When could I eat? When could I eat good food again? and on.....and on...... and on.........

JUDDD has enabled me to get my life back on track. I am happy again, and looking forward to the future.

Thank you, JUDDD. Thank you, you awesome, amazing and wonderful JUDDD BUDDD friends. I am thankful every single day for you guys!

Kimmie

I was 207 in June 2012, and am now 174.4. The majority of my losses have been JUDDD related, as well as not ever gaining anything back in over a year.

14 days so far - 3.5 lbs!
That is with a VERY imperfect JUDDD - I've probably been hitting closer to 600-650 on my down days, and my weekends have been crap - with like 800 calorie DDs. In my next two weeks, I'm going to do better. Healthier up days, and accurate DDs closer to the numbers that are below. It'll be tough!

I think almost everyone who comes from HCG struggles at the beginning, but stick with it. Remind yourself that JUDDD is forever sustainable, doesn't cost anything, doesn't require a prescription and you eat what you want EOD. HCG is extreme and your body may take a little time to adjust. Just hang in there

I've lost 43 pounds on JUDDD since February 2013. The inches seem to melt away, but the scale apparently doesn't agree with that strategy. With that being said I absolutely love the freedom I get from JUDDD and 43 pounds has made a huge difference in my life. I still have a long way to go, but I'm looking forward to my destination.

I'm nearing the end of my 8th week, and have lost about 14 lbs. as of this morning. I can't believe how easy it's been, especially considering that I'm 58 and so weight loss is usually pretty tough. So far I have been sticking to 500 cals. on my down days and not counting on my up days (but trying not to get too crazy! ). I would like to lose another 30-35 lbs, which would take me to a weight I haven't seen since my late 20s or early 30s, and this time I am sure I can do it!

Guess I'd better update my weight loss travels, too. I'm knocking on the door of 50 pound evicted...as of the last of this month it's 46.5 total pounds.

However, I've been maintaining for the last eleven months with only a five pound loss during that time. I started JUDDD'ing June 2012 and lost 40 pounds by November '12...decided to let the birthday suit shrink a bit, to make a long story short. October 1st decided it was time to hop back on the weight loss trail, so have started on the next 40....BTW, I'm in my 70's so it is a bit harder to lose than when I was in my younger years.
