I started 2 Jan 12 and have lost 30 pounds as of last week sometime... I'll weigh again next week and hope it's gone down a bit more!

I did JUDDD when it first came out a few years ago and lost 14 lbs. in about 3 months. Fell off the wagon after a vacation even though I still had the same amount of weight to lose as now (about 60 or so).
I started JUDDD again on March 14, 2012 and as of Saturday have only lost 8 lbs. But, after fighting with the same 4-5 lbs. for almost 6 weeks, I was advised to count my UD calories (was keeping DD to 500 or below) and found I wasn't meeting them. Now that I'm eating up to them, the weight is becoming to come off. I'm finally beginning to lose inches, too.

Thanks Keri for resurrecting this thread, I just love to see all the great numbers.
I still maintain this premise however, you have to measure! I have lost just 5.5 pounds in 3 weeks and I cannot tell you how many people think I have lost way more than that! I have lost 1.5 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips, 3/4 of an inch in each thigh, and an inch in each calf. People say my face looks thinner. My clothes fit so much better already, the muffin top has disappeared when I put on my shorts, ones I could barely wear just three weeks ago. For some reason, the scale, IMO, is just not a very reliable indicator of our true progress with this WOE. Already I have received so many benefits from following this WOE, I will not be lulled away from it just because I am losing slower than I would like or slower than someone else! |

Cactus, I agree completely. I'm only down six pounds, but I'm in new, smaller pants. In fact, I had to move to smaller pants before I'd lost the six pounds. Who knows what that's about, and who cares? I love it.

13 lbs since 3/26 and I am doing JUDDD "the wrong way" was 800 cal down days and up days that go from 300 under my limit to the full 2000. A few medium days thrown in too.

I began Feb 1 and am officially down 20 lbs! I have lost 4.6 inches on my waist
2 inches on my neck! 1.7 inches on my thighs 3 inches on my hips!!! During May/June, I am maintaining 1800/700. I was one of the skeptical peeps about JUDDD, because I feared that I wouldn't lose because my metabolism is slow!!! It works and I feel great. ![]() |

Hooray!!!! it's been 63 days on JUDDD already!
As of today I've lost 26.9 pounds! From January through March this year, before I got brave enough to try JUDDD, I ate low/cal lowish/carb and lost 14.8 pounds in 90 days (1.2 pounds a week). Now, eating the same number of calories per day AVERAGED over two days, and while eating anything I want, I AM losing weight at a much better rate and I believe JUDDD IS magic! |

WAIT!!!!!!!!! I made a mistake this morning!!!!
The BEST type of mistake!!! I weigh every other morning and write it on the calendar just above the scale. I wrote it down, quickly looking at Fridays' number and thought I had lost one pound -- not bad -- a half pound a day. Anyway, this afternoon when I got home hubby says, "Congrats, TWO pounds lost since Friday!" I said, "No, just one." He said you better check your calendar, and I did...OMG, he was right, somehow I just "assumed" it was one pound, but it IS actually two! Like a gift! FUN! So, make that 27.9 pounds in 63 days! And I am claiming ALL of them!
