7.8 pounds gone in 7 days - JUDDD ROCKS!
I
![]() ![]() JUDDD and this board! I got rid of most of my weight with hcg and am just done. I found that I was using it as a crutch and will not use it again. It helped me get to where I am, but I did all the work. Weight loss can be achieved on any plan - as long as it's followed closely - and I've found JUDDD is the best plan there is for me. I went up a little when I ended my hcg round due to choices I made, started @ 156.2 on 4/28/12 and am at a amazing 148.4 today. ![]() Yesterday was an UD and I was down 3 pounds overnight. I'm grateful that I'm a pretty fast loser and for the most part am eating mostly LC because I just don't want the other stuff. Yesterday, I had oatmeal with my eggs so I am eating some carbs and haven't exercised in the last few days, but am going to make that a regular thing soon. Keeping a food journal and weighing myself every morning are things that I do that are just part of my daily routine now and I love it. I track my weight on an Excel spreadsheet and My Fitness Pal. Today is a DD and I can barely get the food in. DDs are breeze for me since I was eating 500 calories daily on hcg. ![]() So if you're just starting out...take it from me...this very liveable plan works and ROCKS! ![]()

He He He! I KNEW you'd rock this WOE. I really think that anyone who can do hCG can do JUDDD, and it's a lot more enjoyable!

![]() Thanks everyone! Down another pound this morning! I decided to stick with my original goal of 140.We're going to Vegas in a few weeks and while it won't be easy to stick with my rotations, I am taking my scale, continuing to weigh daily - however - I will still enjoy myself. I can't go wrong with sticking mainly with LC when I don't know how many calories I'm eating. Today's an UD and I feel so stuffed....LOL. ![]() Last edited by Violet_Dream; 05-07-2012 at 03:03 PM.. |

Wonderful to hear!!! Hope it is as fun for you as it is for me!
![]() Hmmm, I have often wondered if the Hcg protocol is addicting? I posted a thread about this a couple of years ago, because of one of my dear friends who couldn't quit doing the protocol. She would lose all of her weight and then never complete a P3 - P4, but instead start again as soon as she gained around 10 lbs. It is easy to purchase and simple to adhere to as long as you don't mind the VLC. She loves the "high" that comes with doing protocol. I remember having this feeling too, but I think it is more the freedom that comes with "not eating" and sense of well being it gives. I notice that I now have this feeling on DD, so I can definitely understand.

I've come a long way - like all of us have - and this plan definitely works. I adhere to my food journal and weigh every day. I was up a pound this morning, but yesterday was an UD so it doesn't bother me. The last few UDs I've been down the next morning, but the overall trend is down. Thank you for sharing this!!!
Love hearing your story! And admire your steadfast strength to stick with what worked!!! ![]() I was thinking very hard about doing one more long round of hcg (60 days) and then JUDDDing my way to goal. Reality is, that I know that it will be a lot slower on JUDDD , but my life is pretty chaotic and I find JUDDD is much more forgiving than the hcg protocol when you need to have fun or spend some family time. My BFF is now doing hcg for her first time and she is only one week in and ready to give up! I have been coaching her and feel frustrated to hear her be defeated. I think she should be thrilled to be down so far already! She has lost 7 lbs in one week and I think she read too many blogs about people losing 10 lbs in one week, because she feels defeated. Imagine that?!?!? |

JUDDD is very forgiving. I still have 8.4 pounds to go to goal and it can be done without hcg. I agree that it is a fast loss, but I could not stabilize in P3 and it was so frustrating. When I do a round, I drop weight FAST (like 12 pounds a week), but it got to the point where I had to end it. Your BFF should be happy with her loss. Glad we're going through this journey together! ![]() Last edited by Violet_Dream; 05-08-2012 at 07:25 PM.. |

I'm finding this thread inspirational -- what great results you are having!!!!
I got stuck in the never-ending p2 cycle, and was finally forced to stop that a couple of months ago due to a super-demanding physical work load -- I also got sick (not from the hcg, from a flu interacting with a compromised immune system) and the result was that I gained a bunch of weight during the break -- most of it was inflammation, not actual fat, but it was still pretty miserable. I am now doing one round of hcg to get back to where I was previously, and then am thinking seriously about transitioning to JUDDD for p3/maintenance. I plan to eat low carb for life (I need an anti-inflammatory diet for health reasons) -- but the idea of JUDDD is appealing to me. I think it will either be that or IF, or some combination of both.
