Down Day for me! Happy Friday all!

B - pure protein shake 120c
S - deli ham and string cheese 130c
L - tuna with hummus 130c
D - talapia and steamed mushrooms and broccoli 205c

total is 585 Trying harder to get my DD calories closer to 500! It's a struggle for me as I get the shakes, irritable and headachy.

1 gallon of water and coke zero

MD-DD Trying to get my rotation in order so I can hit the road to Orlando and not be totally off kilter:D

Trying to keep it less than 1000 cal./50 carb

B-Chia pudding *1/2 cup*, coffee, 2-3 HB eggs
L- high protein smoothie with 1/3 cup blueberries
D- shrimp tacos with low carb tortilla, red cabbage slaw
S- low sodium deli turkey
2 cucumber/lime/mint 'tinis

Just plugged it in and comes to a little over 1000 calories but only about (net) 25 carbs *lots of good fiber*

Tomorrow is UD and we have dinner club. Shrimp nachos, mock margaritas (I'm allergic to tequila) and lord knows what else :laugh: but the next day is vacay and I always do well and I don't over indulge. Taking my yogurt, paleo trail mix, protein shake mix and white wine. I'll do OK!

DD - stomach is fiercely growling today, trying to hold off till dinner then I will do a big salad dressed with vinegar and spices, topped with chicken or shrimp. I may do a 50 calorie fiber yogurt mid day if I get desperate.

Snack if needed veggie soup for 50 calories

L - was 3 oz chicken with 1 t sour cream with cauli and hummus 164c
D - dinner will just be 1 serving of fish so that will be 158c

total now 572c

S - boullion in water 5c
D - 3oz grilled pork chop & big cup of steamed broccoli about 260c

totals under 400, so I have some wiggle room...but might just leave it as is for my lowest DD ever!

The usual suspects. Coffee w/cream, YoCheese Pudding, cheesecake muffins, and a Blueberry muffin.

Today is one of those harder DD's. Hungier than usual and can't wait for my UD tomorrow. :laugh:

Quite full! :yummy: Just what I needed, cause I had that gnawing hungry feeling that tea and water just wouldn't fight off.

We aren't going out to eat before the movie, after all. It's the 9:15 showing, so I know I will need to eat one more time tonight, so I'm going to take a small amount of nuts, some raw broccoli florets, and some olive crackers to eat in the car on the way home.

Sitting at about 900 calories right now (I don't count most veggies, chicken broth, seasoning, etc.). This will either be a high DD or a transition back to MUDDD for the weekend. :)
