DD here, wanted to fast till dinner, but I'm working at a store with new kitchen gear, so I'm producing fresh juice and smoothies for people to try on. Not a good job on a dd. Got hungry at around 9, so had a carrot and now nibbeling on raw broccoli.
150 cals
Hopefully I make it through the afternoon, want to have some salad with a friend for dinner. If I can't I'll have a protein shake for 70cals.

B: black coffee, 3 Ak-Maks with 1 Laughing Cow and 1 green onion, maybe smidge of marmite.
L: peeled sliced cucumber, small can of salmon, 1 T light Miracle Whip
S: broth w/serranos and/or gluc pudding I made last DD and forgot about.

That leaves me 225-250 for dinner, which will most likely be chili, fish and veggies, or a Lean Gourmet dinner.

I've found that if I eat (as in actually chew) I feel the need to keep eating so I'm attempting to either do an almost full fast today or at least save most of my calories for a late dinner. I'm also thinking I'll try the same thing tomorrow so when I get the munchies after I get home, I'll have most of my calories left to play with.

Manday, that is the worst when you wake hungry on DD. My DD was tough....I was hungry all day long.

Up day!

B - omlette and OMM, 394c
L - salad with chicken salsa cheese sour cream 380c
D - fried chicken with some sort of side

S - if needed cottage cheese and granola bar 325c (if needed)

with snack that leaves 900 calories for dinner, without snack 1225....we will have to see how the morning goes!

I am with the two of you... my last two DD's I have been hungry and then my UD's not as hungry, but I end up eating anyway. :)

I knew when I saw this you must be in the UK! I traveled there for business back in 2009 and saw it on the breakfast bar at our hotel. It looked a bit like what we call a sausage patty only really burnt! I looked it up when we got back to find out what it really was. It was sort of odd but I guess it's good if people eat it!

:stars: I'm down below my maintenance range today, after an 850 calorie DD yesterday (was actually more than that but I don't count veggies in my calorie count, except corn or potatoes). Weight was 134.4. I really do not think I should be losing anymore weight!! :dunno: :(

I have been hanging down at the low end of my range for a while now, and I think a big part it is my GI issues. There are some things I just can't eat/don't want to eat now with the GI stuff so I'm not getting the high calorie FDs that I used to. It seems lately I'm mostly eating veggies, fruits, with some protein. Plus I'm back on the regular JUDDD rotation for a while now. And this week I decided to cut out my beloved red wine, during the week at least, so that's around 300 - 450 calories right there I'm no longer getting.

Anyway...

FD today.

-green tea w/stevia

Not sure what I'll have later.

Not sure about lunch...playing it by ear right now

I have a big crockpot full of homemade venison spaghetti sauce waiting at home :yummy: I really can't wait to have that with some noodles and garlic bread...

Approx. 600 calories so far.

Still avoiding caffeine until I'm feeling 100%, so I'm not having as much appetite suppression on my DD without the black coffee and may need that chicken broth to make it through to dinner.

-TRIED to drink a new protein shake I got as a free sample (thankfully I didn't pay for it!!). It's called Olympian Labs chocolate pea protein. I mixed it with unsweet. almond milk, but had to add about 2 cups of AM to even begin to drink it. Just too "off" tasting, clumpy, weird sweetness...ugh. I managed to get half of it down and the rest went down the drain.
-few radishes
-1.5 slices cantaloupe
-2 carrots
-blackberries

830 calories so far. At least 1000 to go if I'm going to put a break on this weight loss! :)

Lunch kashi cereal, nuts and a banana
supper chicken breast wrapped in bacon with cream cheese sauce, asparagus, and a sweet potato
snack will probably be cottage cheese with pineapple

about 1400 calories-will need to add something else guess I will do a full bar for about 180 calories

Lunch was a chicken bowl w/brown rice from chipotle (680 cal)
Snack was 28 soy sauce and wasabi almonds (170 delish cals) :)

My dinner will be about 700 cals which will leave my day a little over 1700, I shoot for 2100 on UD. Might have some ice cream with my little girl tonight! I love JUDDD :love:
