B: greek yogurt plus banana-nut vitatop L: 2 slices eggplant pizza plus a few bites of caprese salad S: three muskateers bar (260 calories - geez, but it did hit the hormonal hot spot!) D: don't know - only about 800 calories left so will have to choose carefully since I am craving chocolate and don't want to miss out on desert! I guess that means no wine or bread - boo! |

DD and woke up hungry...grrrr
B: K2O Pink Lemonade and Tea with Splenda (30) L: Same (30) D: 2 Chicken Breasts and 2 cups chopped broccoli (350) I've found that if I eat (as in actually chew) I feel the need to keep eating so I'm attempting to either do an almost full fast today or at least save most of my calories for a late dinner. I'm also thinking I'll try the same thing tomorrow so when I get the munchies after I get home, I'll have most of my calories left to play with. Ended up sticking to the plan and I still have roughly 100 calories left if I 'need' something else! |

Ok, here's my final:
L: 4oz of dreamfields and quinoa/corn pasta (did I mention? don't buy this...) and about 1.5c of really meaty tomato sauce, 1/4c parmesan D: 1/2 rack pork back ribs 1/2 bottle of red wine (slightly less, DH shorted me )1 chocoperfection bar 2T pb2 2142 cal (my new upper limit is 2221 or something) 103g net (but both pastas are supposedly low glycemic, so we'll see-- I was full all day though). I just love this WOE! ![]() |
