No plan.

So far I've had:

1c Vanilla Rooibos Tea
1 Venti Decaf SFV Americano w/half and half. Not sure on calories. Maybe 150?

Chicken for dinner...

B: greek yogurt plus banana-nut vitatop
L: 2 slices eggplant pizza plus a few bites of caprese salad
S: three muskateers bar (260 calories - geez, but it did hit the hormonal hot spot!)
D: don't know - only about 800 calories left so will have to choose carefully since I am craving chocolate and don't want to miss out on desert! I guess that means no wine or bread - boo!

I know right? I'm sure it's lovely, but I've never had one... Anyone remember on Laverne & Shirley, that Laverne would drink something like Pepsi and Milk?

anyhoo-- to each their own I like to snack on salami and cream cheese, so I'm the last person to throw proverbial snack stones!

That leaves me 225-250 for dinner, which will most likely be chili, fish and veggies, or a Lean Gourmet dinner.
I swear I never stick to my plans!

B: Black coffee, a few bites of coconut gluc jello (8)
S: Broth w/serrano (7)
L: 3 Ak-Maks with 1 Laughing Cow, green onion, marmite. My cucumber tasted funny, so I tossed it, and had 1/2 C full fat cottage cheese with mustard. (I know it sounds weird, but it tasted somewhat like a devilled egg.) Coke Zero. (224)

261 left for dinner.

Ha! Soren, I love salami with cream cheese. And as you can tell from my lunch, I can't say anything about weird combinations either.

Because I'm WEIRD!! And I'm always trying new things, just to try them.

Ak-Maks are just sesame crackers. I get them at Trader Joe's.

I like those crackers! Plus, they are fun to say! "Ak Mak AK Mak Ak Mak"

I've become addicted to Sesame Croccatini (La Panzanella brand). Seriously delicious with everything.

D/s: Cauli, watermelon, strawberries

Emergen-C and Protein water.
Add 4 bites of "Derby pie" that my boss made, and a little baggie of tortilla chips with various salsas. Oh, and a little baggie of heirloom tomatoes.

Smoothie - 350

Taco Soup - 350 (guess based on 200 cals for 80/20 beef 1/4 lb and 100 cals 1/2 cup of beans, and 50 for veggies. I don't think that my serving had that much of either, but being safe)

Cauli - 25
watermelon - 45
Strawberries - 40
tomatoes - 20
Emergen-C and Protein water - 55
Derby Pie - 100 for 4 bites?
Chips - 150
Salsa - 50

1185 for the day. I guess I'm happily meeting my new calorie limits. I actually feel good so far today. Not too hungry or deprived (i.e. ). it stays this way. Reading about leptin and hunger after weight loss is .

DD and woke up hungry...grrrr

B: K2O Pink Lemonade and Tea with Splenda (30)
L: Same (30)
D: 2 Chicken Breasts and 2 cups chopped broccoli (350)

I've found that if I eat (as in actually chew) I feel the need to keep eating so I'm attempting to either do an almost full fast today or at least save most of my calories for a late dinner. I'm also thinking I'll try the same thing tomorrow so when I get the munchies after I get home, I'll have most of my calories left to play with.

Ended up sticking to the plan and I still have roughly 100 calories left if I 'need' something else!

830 calories so far. At least 1000 to go if I'm going to put a break on this weight loss!
-can of sardines in olive oil
-1 oz. almonds
-apple
-strawberries
-blueberries

Ok, here's my final:

L: 4oz of dreamfields and quinoa/corn pasta (did I mention? don't buy this...) and about 1.5c of really meaty tomato sauce, 1/4c parmesan

D: 1/2 rack pork back ribs
1/2 bottle of red wine (slightly less, DH shorted me )
1 chocoperfection bar
2T pb2

2142 cal (my new upper limit is 2221 or something)
103g net (but both pastas are supposedly low glycemic, so we'll see-- I was full all day though).

I just love this WOE!

I think I need about 500 calories. It's hard to get enough without my wine, lol.

Just ate peanut butter for 200.
