Is this the magic?

OK yesterday I shared my celebration of getting below 160 and hitting 158.9! But yesterday was an UD and I am fully aware of what can happen on the scale after an UD. I behaved myself and stayed right at 1800 calories. Still some of the foods I eat on UD definitely have more sodium, but I had a good amount of water. Anyway I get up this morning, preparing for some kind of bounce and the scales read 158.9 on the dot! I was thrilled!

Now I am focused on a great DD! I really believe the difference I am seeing is the strict rotation. Amazing what happens when you follow something the way it was intended to be followed.

Isn't it awesome??? !!!! woo hoo!!! I thought after my first UD which turned into a uuawd would cause a huge gain the next day. I just gained 1 lb!!! Its amazing!!! and to day I lost it!!

I agree. When people ask about my weight loss I explain that I did hcg to lose 40 pounds but then I explain about JUDDD and losing 11 pounds in six weeks. I want to tell everyone! The DDs seem to turn people off. I just encourage them to read about JUDDD and IF. I love JUDDD!

I know what you mean about wanting to share with every one.. i had that same feeling when i first started due to it was alot easier than any plan ive ever done with great sucess!

JUDDD has givin me hope for my future to be a smaller me for my second half of life

Oh and WTG you Betterwith age. its amazing what this WOE can do!!~

Sounds like magic to me. Don't you just LOVE it!? WTG on keeping in your calorie limits and doing the rotation.

You can't really say a plan isn't working if you aren't doing it as it was intended. And with JUDDD, it really does seem for most people, if you follow it, it works.
