B = all bran cereals L = out with friends (vegetarian restaurant) D = black rice with edamame with orange & miso creamy sauce ... and maybe a try at vegan vanilla icecream, if i find soy creamer on my way today ! |

It is an UD for me but I may not eat much as I'm paranoid about my very first mammogram this morning and it's my 25th wedding anniversary today and my husband is in NY City on business, we are both pretty depressed about him not being here. when I'm nervous or sad I don't eat, but will try to eat my calories...maybe I'll drink tons of coffee and buy a piece of cheesecake! |

B: coffee w/almond milk D: very lean beef sirloin stir fried w/zucchini, tomato, green onion, garlic, coconut aminos, pepper flakes and ginger. If I'm hungry by then may add some beef broth and shirataki noodles. S: If hungry: very lean pork tenderloin and some steamed broccoli w/butter sprinkles |

UD...not sure what my menu will be tho.
know what i love? now on UDs, i spend most of the morning trying to decide what to eat...should eat this...nahhh....this....nahhh....and on and on.... i love that i am not so obsessed that i feel like i have to eat everything in sight anymore b/c it's UD!! i have also been more able to tell myself on DDs, meh...i can have that tomorrow. and IT WORKS to quell the longing. and now that it IS and UD, i don't know what to eat! lol... just some musings whilst i plan my day...i will save some calories for popcorn at ds's baseball game. he had one last night and it was a DD. didn't even bother me to have everyone around me eating popcorn b/c i knew i could have some today. |

I didn't heed my own advice and drank too much cabernet with my steak yesterday-and before my steak, and after my steak.....which gave me the munchies so I went over by at least 300 cals-yet again.... b-coffee w/ffhnh and Splenda l-egg sub with spinach and mushrooms d-fish or shrimp and veggies, I guess... |

Decided I felt like having breakfast...
-1 oz. almonds -2 eggs, scrambled, with green onion, mushroom, cooked in 1 t. vco I still have several bites to go, but I am just too stuffed. Counting 280 calories so far (Strange as it may sound, I don't count vco since reading why some others here do not, and I don't count non-starchy veggies - they are free calories to me on DD) Last edited by sophiethecat; 05-02-2012 at 06:55 AM.. |

Experimenting with a DD. I'm HB egg fasting *probably 4 * all day until dinner. I seem to do better with a lot of protein. Keeps me full. Having a hamburger patty with a salad for dinner. If this works today I'll make this my DD go-to.

b--nothing except decaf black coffee sn--decaf with 2 tbs So Delicious Hazelnut creamer (40 cal) l--can of Progresso soup (160) sn--deli ham in lettuce leaf (~60) s--baked chicken, veggies (188) That gets me about 422. I can have 800 in maint. So I'll probably add a baked potato and/or a grain free muffin with supper. |

DD (this is going to be the best DD I ever had!!!)
B- 2 egg whites from hard boiled eggs and coffee w/2 tblsp of half and half = 90 Cals L- Amy's Shephereds Pie = 160 Cals D- CedearLane Natural Foods Eggplant Parmesan w/roasted veggies and sundried sauce= 240cal that's only 500 cals for the day and I get to eat not one, but TWO delicious boxed healthy meals!!! *** doing the happy dance!** |

UD...despite the scary number on the scale after my MD yesterday (which is hopefully from battling the UTI).
B: herbal tea, 2 soft-boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon L: chicken salad with feta & artichokes, mini babybel, roasted garlic chicken sausage D: spicy ground beef cheesy veggie casserole, low carb pumpkin herb muffin, raw milk truffle gouda, double creme camembert S: chocolate protein shake with egg Right around 1800 calories. |
