Omg! Surprised today Traci for my eyes!!

After eating like a mad man (apologies to men) for a week.
With help/ encouragement from Tracilew an others here I did it today!
dD today after a lot of self talk like I can do this, I've done it more THAN ONEC.
Today was to be a dd. low and behold I did it.
It's even gym day! Killer gym workout in a good way.
Here's the best part.
This evening I weighted myself. I've only had 300 calories, before going the gym. Of ourselves lots of water and coffee.
Tracilew u better sit down.
I'm at the same-ish wt Pre eating like a mad man all last week, apology again to men, especially if ur mad. Smile.

My wt this evening is 133.2.
Amazing.
Thank u JUddd and all here that help me.
So dinner this evening is butter bean soup cooked with potatoes.
I'm so happy I thought the devil scale would read 137lb. .....not. Smie

WTG Eieio! I knew you could get back in the saddle and go forward again. Just a little detour. Think of it as a vacation without leaving home. Now you are back to life, and back to rotations, and JUDDD magic makes it all the way it was.

Just get back in the groove and keep on grooving.
