Not even REMOTELY close to what you said! Haha!

Maybe it's my wine dinner that's making me fuzzy brained.
it could mean that as cake = carbs.

seriously tho...it is so strange why too many carbs make my boobs hurt...any ideas why? and not just my boobs, i get sensitive to touch everywhere where i have too many.

You are literally carb sensitive. I don't know why it happens, but listen to your body and feed it what makes it feel and work best.

The Recovering Fat Chick’s Skinny Margarita Recipe

(Only 76.5 calories and 7 g of carbs!)

In a shaker, mix:

the juice of one whole lime
one packet (about 3.5 grams) of stevia
1/2 cup of water
1 ounce of Tequila (I prefer a mid-grade silver Tequila, but go with whatever floats your boat!)
and ice

Shake and serve with a lime wedge. If you prefer your Ritas with salt, rub the glass rim with lime juice and dip in sea salt before pouring. Enjoy!
Crystal Light also makes a Margarita-flavored drink. I haven't had it, but based on how good the Appletini one is, I'd recommend you check it out!

A perfect day for me would be a dozen of those birthday cupcakes from the bakery at the market. The kind with the sugary frosting. And yes I've done it while so not on a diet, that's why I'm on a diet!

Is it powdered or liquid? Where would I find it in the store?

If it's within the limit, it's within the limit. And it can be a delicious treat sometimes.

But...I wouldn't do this a lot. Regardless of the scale, we all have the mantra that we are doing this for health. And I don't think it's healthy to almost have a full day of eating cake instead of nutritous food.

Why not just one piece of cake? What is wrong with that? There is always another up day coming when you can have another flavour

I guess I'll add a few more

Speaking of Cakes & Margaritas...

I've never been able to find the crystal light margarita stuff. I saw an advertisement last year but never saw the actual stuff in stores. Would love it! I did get a walmart brand mango pineapple which I figured would be good w/ some coconut rum!

A local bakery "Piece of Cake" in ATL where we get our monthly birthday cakes at work, sent out an email that they have a Margarita Cupcake for Cinco De Mayo! I will be taking a trip over at lunch tomorrow to pick up a few for my Thursday night dinner party! Hope it tastes as good as it sounds!

Speaking of Cinco De Mayo (one of my favorite holidays) I'm SO thankful that Saturday is an UD!! WOOT!

Yam - I just got home! I bought 4 and surprised them after dinner and it was....YUM-O! It was perfect not too tangy or limey but just perfect amount of tangy/sweetness! Def worth the 275ish calories! I figured it up to be around the size of pc of birthday cake.

Powdered...in my store the Crystal Light/Kool Aid stuff is in the juice aisle (but powdered iced tea & lemonade mixes are 8 aisles away in the Gatorade/Vitamin Water area...go figure!).

I don't think it is legal to eat only crisps (potato chips), olives and cheese straws, with white wine.

But I did it last night and was only up .4lb this morning.

Enjoying my DD.
