5/1 -- 143.8 -- DD (sigh...must find more control when at the hospital with noah. this number is so unnecessary.)
5/2 -- 139.0 -- UD (ummm...water weight, anyone?? o.O )
5/3 -- 138.8 -- DD
5/4 -- 138.6 -- UD (usually lose more on a DD....cals were the same as usual DDs. i was out in the very hot sun yesterday afternoon for my boys' track meet...i thought i drank plenty, but maybe not. i know i didn't drink as much as i usually do on a DD)

5/6 -- 138.8 -- UD (untracked...)

just curious what your normal DD cals are. i lose way more after a DD when i eat way above my calculated DD cals. i think my DD cals according to the calculator are 330. i eat 650 every DD and am generally down a lot (except last week, but i was in the heat and retaining from that). when i eat the 330 i barely go down. back in april i did an experiment...on the days i ate 650 i was doe 2 or close to 2. when i ate 330, i wasn't even down a pound. just something to think about.

Thanks Dazy - I was thinking about that, because I usually eat 600 and although I'm a slow loser, it seems to work out fine. However, it looks like TOM just arrived after 5 months, so that could be it too! I happened to see my GYN yesterday and was hoping it was early menopause, but I guess not

I think you're right. I've been doing fine on my 600 cal DDs. The unexpected PMS just threw me for a loop.

Dazygirl - That's interesting! I don't seem to have lost anything on my first week. I have been doing around 550 on DD and 1950 on UD. I'm going to try harder to stay closer to 500 I guess.

I was down much lower than I have been after an UD so I'm hoping it sticks! It may be due to my tummy was not liking anything I ate yesterday...

Coming out of lurkdom- holy moly, what did you eat yesterday? I don't think I've ever seen a loss of 7.4 lbs. in one day!!!! Spill the beans woman!!! That's one incredible loss
