5/1 -- 143.8 -- DD (sigh...must find more control when at the hospital with noah. this number is so unnecessary.)
5/2 -- 139.0 -- UD (ummm...water weight, anyone?? o.O )
5/3 -- 138.8 -- DD
5/4 -- 138.6 -- UD (usually lose more on a DD....cals were the same as usual DDs. i was out in the very hot sun yesterday afternoon for my boys' track meet...i thought i drank plenty, but maybe not. i know i didn't drink as much as i usually do on a DD)
5/5 -- 139.4 -- DD
5/6 -- 138.8 -- UD (untracked...)
5/7 -- 141.8 -- DD

so have decided that i do think i prefer tracking on UDs and the boundaries it provides. i have always resisted tracking on UDs, but having track and then having NOT tracked...i don't like where i was mentally yesterday at all.

Dawn, I'm glad you made the decision that feels right to you. Hopefully the diet fatigue will abate with a bit more freedom and the scale weights will stop messing with your head. I know I'm able to feel much more relaxed about both food and weight this way.

My goal for May is to maintain, while enjoying my WOE.
