5/1 -- 143.8 -- DD (sigh...must find more control when at the hospital with noah. this number is so unnecessary.)
5/2 -- 139.0 -- UD (ummm...water weight, anyone?? o.O )
5/3 -- 138.8 -- DD
5/4 -- 138.6 -- UD (usually lose more on a DD....cals were the same as usual DDs. i was out in the very hot sun yesterday afternoon for my boys' track meet...i thought i drank plenty, but maybe not. i know i didn't drink as much as i usually do on a DD)

I'm back where I was a week ago, but I'm flexing that patience muscle and hoping all the work I'm doing to strengthen it isn't causing water retention.

Looks like you've found your maintenance range anyway. Getting those UD's in control is going to be your key I think.

There is no rhyme or reason, especially at first. Coming off of hcg, it may just be that your body is rebuilding some depleted stores, (or in a bit of starvation mode so it's packing away a bit extra just in case). Give it time, once you get a couple of rotations in, your body will relax and start releasing. Don't panic!

Nice whoosh Ellgee!! You so deserve it. Yam-Yam and Keirasmom your time is coming - hold on. Luna - wow, just wow. I won't name everyone but don't feel left out. I read all the posts and am so amazed by this fighting group and all the progress I see.

April loss: 7 pounds
May goal: ONE-derland!!

5.1 UD 208 1910 cals plus 3 miles treadmill
5.2 DD DNW - 500 cals plus 25 mins Pilates
5.3 UD 208 - 2145 cals
5.4 DD DNW - 350 cals plus 3.2 mile walk

I won't be able to weigh until Monday morning as I am traveling but am planning to stay on track with my rotations (as much as I can!)

I started on April 23rd but had 3 UD in a row over the first weekend b/c of an out of town trip. I didn't write down my weights each day but have started doing so as of yesterday. Don't seem like I'm losing yet but it is great to be maintaining and eating what I want every other day! I am coming off my 3rd round of HCG and eating no carbs to adding quite a lot of carbs and have started an exercise routine as well. I have taken measurements this morning. It feels so good to be exercising again!

4-21 186 (last day on HCG P3 stabilization phase maintain w/in 2 lbs)
4-29 UD 188 (after two UD and no counting calories)
4-30 DD 187.5
5-01 UD 185
5-05 UD 185.5

I'm going on a week long vacation on May 16th so morning of 15th an UD I'll see how I've done so far. I'm not going to really worry about calories on my vacation. We typically eat a healthy breakfast and lunch and then splurge at dinner and always have lots to drink! I'll get right back on the wagon when I return on May 22nd w/ a DD.

So I guess my goal for May is to either maintain or lose 2 pounds! Either way I'm fine with it.
