Can I join? I want to have this somewhere so I can be accountable. I had my first UD today. I weighed in at 185.8 this morning. Goal is 150 but I don't care if it takes me a year to get there. Two years even. I just want to see a steady-ish downward trend. I know there will be bounces, but I will just turn myself inside out and scream reaching a pitch only dogs can hear if I can lose with this.

5/1 -- 143.8 -- DD (sigh...must find more control when at the hospital with noah. this number is so unnecessary.)
5/2 -- 139.0 -- UD (ummm...water weight, anyone?? o.O )
5/3 -- 138.8 -- DD
5/4 -- 138.6 -- UD (usually lose more on a DD....cals were the same as usual DDs. i was out in the very hot sun yesterday afternoon for my boys' track meet...i thought i drank plenty, but maybe not. i know i didn't drink as much as i usually do on a DD)

Wow, what a good night's sleep I had last night! Gaining that water weight actually helped. I've been on hcg a while and I always find at the end even if I drink a gallon of water a day (which I do) I'm really dehydrated. My body just can't hold on to the water. No electrolyte imbalance, just dehydration. Last night I had NO aching in my legs whatsoever. I welcome this gain with open arms and don't think I'll ever have to deal with those deep aches again. for myself!
