Dislcaimer: I don't know if I should post this here, but I will and post it in the daily thread as well.

I knew I was being overly optimistic in my goal of reaching Onderland. My body seems to rebel when I set goals.

Although June is a busy month and will be a challenge from mid-month on, I'm going to try to be more diligent in tracking my UD calories and go back to weighing daily until then. Although I hate the bounce, the suspense of weighing weekly either elates or deflates me. I think I need to see what the calorie counts are doing or not doing with my daily weight. The tape measure doesn't do much to provide encouragement. Wonder why I can see my body changing, but the tape measure doesn't budge.

I like to try to keep as much privacy as I can, so I don't know if I'll list my weight or stick with my + or -, even though I'm sure it'd be much easier to see the actual numbers for most everyone.

well, its the last of the month!!
i lost 12 pounds which is only half of what i wanted to lose, specially considering i lost 6 in one week!!
oooh the good ole days lol.

still not bad considering how i ate and drank =)
i was hoping to have a couple months of big losses and then not worry.
i think for next month i will weigh in on the first and weigh a couple times a week. i have come to the point where im SOOOOOOOOO happy with losing while eating the foods i want and the beer i like =D haha
and not having to fight myself not to eat and to eat so much healthier.
i know it maybe slow but i also know im setting myself up for the long hall!

however im not going to stop the experiments, its to much fun to tweak things and see what happens!

Needless to say I'm very happy about how May turned out.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm very proud of each and every one of you!! It takes a lot of determination to stick to a WOE, weigh in daily, and keep coming back, even, and especially, when it's not going as well as you'd like!! So if you didn't make goal this month, you tried, and that's really something to be proud of and I hope you're as proud of you as I am.

If you did make goal, you really don't need me to cheer you on but I will anyway. Everyone in this thread is awesome.
