Really going to try to keep my calories to around 1700 today. I've been hundreds (sometimes 1000 over) on most of my UD's so far. Still losing well but I must be slowing myself down a lot.

My Goal for May is to just weigh less than I do now. To not feel bloated and to wear my jeans and be able to breathe at the same time

Lost another pound. :jump joy:I am so loving this way of eating. I am having issues with meeting my calorie count on UD. I contribute that to the ACV. On my last UD I barely choked down 1500 and my daily allowance is 2000. But if it's working I will take it.

Great 10 pound loss Betty! You change your stats by clicking on the "user control panel" which is on the blue line at the top of the page on the left side. Then select "edit your details". Hope that helps.

I am going for a new "century" for the month of May. I'm going to shoot for 199.9!

Starting weight for May 1 is 208.8.

5/1/12 - 208.8 UD
5/2/12 - DNW DD
5/3/12 - 210.0 UD Even tho I'm up after a DD, I'm not worried. I had several pickles, radishes with salt, and popcorn yesterday. Lots of sodium! I'm still within my April goal. Just have to make sure to drink lots of water today to flush my system out.
