May Goal - 165 at the TOP of the range. Means I gotta lose 4 lbs. Means I gotta buckle my butt down!
Also trying something new for May...upped my calorie limits for a person who weighs 168 (not 160 as I had before...wishful thinking) and changing my eating rotation based on common behaviors. So...it will be:S - DD M - UD T - DD W - UD Th - DD F - MD Sa - UD Every week. I seem to like the weeks where Sunday is a DD and Friday a UD, so I compromised so I could have Saturday as a UD. 5/1 169.3 DD

Goal for May: Get my high bounce below 120. I want to be firmly in the teens.
05/01-UD- 123.3 05/01-DD- 125.9 I have got to get my UD's under control. My first couple of UD's I managed to stick to my calories but now I'm always hundreds of calories over. I've had some good losses in spite of this but I really need to get them under control. I don't think I can get away with eating 2200-2800 calories (should be about 1675) now that I'm in the mid-low 120's and trying to go lower. I don't even know how I've gotten away with it so far! I always think it's amazing to get into the "zone" when I'm having a procedure or test, but we must experience something like that on JUDDD, too. I'm still so often surprised that these DDs work for me and I'm not miserable from hunger!
