Had an UUAD yesterday. Started counting in the morning but things went awry by early afternoon. Focused and ready to have a good DD. Need to get my head screwed on right!

I've only done a week on JUDD, so I'm waiting a bit before setting goals. I am down exactly 2 lbs, and I ate out 3 times during the week (birthdays & Mother's Day):

I am weighing in for the first time after an UD, and what an UD it was. I ate soooooo much yesterday.

5/12=190.8 After DD (Today, UD, went to movie. Had popcorn knowing how it makes me retain fluid!)
5/13=193.8 After UD - And there it is!!! Totally expected it! Will be gone in a day or two.
5/14=192.4 After 620 DD probably still water weight.

Changed my mind about hiding the scale. Just can't do it! Off to the gym now. Glad I didn't miss seeing that sky dive on the scale.

I'm only weighing after a DD - so here's my loss so far since startin g on 5/8

5/8 - 183 (on my mom's scale so I had a start number, but I can't compare the accuracy to my scale at home)
5/10 - 180 - again, my mom's scale
5/12 - 178.4 - my scale at home
5/14 - 177.2...so -5.8 total in 6 days

5/7 - UD - 206
5/8 - DD - 206
5/9 - UD - 203
5/10 - DD - 204
5/11 - UD - 202
5/12 - DD - 204 - having a slight worry - but the trend is downward - stick with it!
5/13 - UD - 201 - trying not to get excited by this as today is an UD and I know it will go back up tomorrow - STICK TO THE CALORIES TODAY SMITH!
5/14 - DD - 202 - happy with this, I ate some quite heavy, stodgy food last night so thought I might have gone up more. Must try very hard to stick to DD today, working from home which is always tricky, very easy to keep wandering to the fridge!
5/15 - UD - 201 - Hmmmm, hoped for a bigger drop. But it will come. Stick with it Smithy!
