5/1 -- 143.8 -- DD (sigh...must find more control when at the hospital with noah. this number is so unnecessary.)
5/2 -- 139.0 -- UD (ummm...water weight, anyone?? o.O )

5/4 -- 138.6 -- UD (usually lose more on a DD....cals were the same as usual DDs. i was out in the very hot sun yesterday afternoon for my boys' track meet...i thought i drank plenty, but maybe not. i know i didn't drink as much as i usually do on a DD)

I know it sounds strange to raise calories to lose but I guess fasting for me made my poor old body think I was for real starving although I never felt hungry. Now I had a 4 pound gain this morning but it is water and I know why. It will be gone in a day or two. Did a craft show yesterday and drank a lot of water and never had to go to the porta potty so I knew it would be bad this morning on the scale.

Changed my mind about hiding the scale. Just can't do it! Off to the gym now. Glad I didn't miss seeing that sky dive on the scale.

5/14 - DD - 202 - happy with this, I ate some quite heavy, stodgy food last night so thought I might have gone up more. Must try very hard to stick to DD today, working from home which is always tricky, very easy to keep wandering to the fridge!

05/14 - UD - 217.8 - >2100 I'm sunburned and dehydrated. Thought the scale would bounce UP, not DOWN. Would be nice if it sticks.

5/1 -- 143.8 -- DD (sigh...must find more control when at the hospital with noah. this number is so unnecessary.)
5/2 -- 139.0 -- UD (ummm...water weight, anyone?? o.O )
5/3 -- 138.8 -- DD
5/4 -- 138.6 -- UD (usually lose more on a DD....cals were the same as usual DDs. i was out in the very hot sun yesterday afternoon for my boys' track meet...i thought i drank plenty, but maybe not. i know i didn't drink as much as i usually do on a DD)
5/5 -- 139.4 -- DD
5/6 -- 138.8 -- UD (untracked...)
5/7 -- 141.8 -- DD
5/8 -- 138.4 -- UD
5/9 -- 139.8 -- DD (even after chinese and a big thing of nachos...not bad)
5/10 -- 139.0 -- UD
5/11 -- 140.8 -- DD (will be in hospital and *want* to stick to my DD)
5/12 -- 138.6 -- UD (I DID IT! stuck to my DD in the hospital. weighed on hospital scale as it always seems accurate with ds's weight).
5/13 -- 143.0 -- DD/MD (ummm...so maybe the scale at the hospital wasn't right? could i have really gained nearly 5lbs in one day....apparently so. have i mentioned, carbs hate me? and evidently am maintaining, not losing this month.)
5/14 -- 142.4 -- DD (DD all day yesterday, then had an UD supper....which is fine, needed to tues to be an UD)

05/02: 241.0 - UD - seems like I'm stuck here for a while...dropped down to here after just 5 days of JUDDDing and still here after 13 days...at least it's not creeping back up
05/03: 240.2 - DD - Spoke too soon! and this is after an UD!
05/04: 239.2 - UD
05/05: 242.0 - DD - Seriously? I even stayed close to my UD calories. Hopefully there will be a drop tomorrow
05/06: 239.2 - UD
05/07: 241.5 - DD - well, at least it's lower than my last UD bounce
05/08: 239.8 - UD - k, this is getting annoying. I'm measuring tonight to see if other things have moved instead of the scale.
05/09: 238.4 - DD - it's about time! I knew it was coming because I measured and lost an inch off my waist in 2 days and another 3 inches in other places, too!!!
05/10: 239.4 - UD - grrr. This is after a DD but I'm also sick and waiting for TOM....I expected him already and he hasn't shown up yet
05/11: 238.2 - UUAD - guess my body just doesn't know what's going on while I'm sick and waiting for TOM, but I'll take it
05/12: 243.0 - UD - ugh...UUAD instead of a DD yesterday. didn't want to be sick AND hungry and things got out of control..obviously
05/13: 238.0 - DD - ok, I don't fully understand, but I'LL TAKE IT!
05/14: 240.2 - UD - now I'm really confused
