May goal: 235 05/02: 241.0 - UD - seems like I'm stuck here for a while...dropped down to here after just 5 days of JUDDDing and still here after 13 days...at least it's not creeping back up 05/03: 240.2 - DD - Spoke too soon! and this is after an UD! 05/04: 239.2 - UD 05/05: 242.0 - DD - Seriously? I even stayed close to my UD calories. Hopefully there will be a drop tomorrow 05/06: 239.2 - UD 05/07: 241.5 - DD - well, at least it's lower than my last UD bounce 05/08: 239.8 - UD - k, this is getting annoying. I'm measuring tonight to see if other things have moved instead of the scale. 05/09: 238.4 - DD - it's about time! I knew it was coming because I measured and lost an inch off my waist in 2 days and another 3 inches in other places, too!!! 05/10: 239.4 - UD - grrr. I know it sounds strange to raise calories to lose but I guess fasting for me made my poor old body think I was for real starving although I never felt hungry. Now I had a 4 pound gain this morning but it is water and I know why. It will be gone in a day or two. I feel awesome!!!!!!!!! 5/10=190.4 After 300 calorie DD. Maybe the fun is over. 5/11=191.8 After UD. Yep. I miss sky diving! 5/12=190.8 After DD (Today, UD, went to movie. Had popcorn knowing how it makes me retain fluid!) 5/13=193.8 After UD - And there it is!!! Totally expected it! Will be gone in a day or two. Changed my mind about hiding the scale. Just can't do it! Off to the gym now. Glad I didn't miss seeing that sky dive on the scale. __________________
