Okay, I had my pity party and know clearly what happened yesterday. Not that this is a confession - it is more for me than anything else. First time since starting back to JUDDD that I've really gone over calories. Even on my crazy M&M day. Bummer.

TOM came four days early. Always gain due to cramping and water retention.
Went over my UD calories. Felt sorry for myself and didn't count initially but went back this morning and reconstructed. Accountability!
Had Mexican takeout for lunch AND dinner. Sodium, sodium, sodium.

Gonna have a golden DD. VICTORY! Had my small glitch but I'm back in control. That's a NSV for this girl.

Good for you!!! I think it is a really hard thing to stick with the DD when you're not at home. Definitely a goal of mine!!!

We expect bounces on JUDDD. It's part of the UD DD cycle. Some days we need nerves of steel. Some only weigh after DDs. If you're not drinking .55 times your weight (in ounces), add more green tea or water.

If you haven't seen the thread on weight charts, this might ease your concerns:

thank you! I dont' mind bounces, I just haven't even gotten down to where I started!

I drink a ton of green tea (generally 3 pots a day-that's 3 quarts!) lemon water and plain old water. I will check out the chart. I think it's also possible that coming to this off hcg I just released 10 pounds in 3 weeks before coming here so my body is probably just recalibrating. If I'm going to be honest and not bratty about it, I mean.

Laura--hang in there! You are doing great. When I've had up up and away days I've been surprised at how much better that down day waiting for me feels. Not like I'm punishing myself, but just like I'm balancing the scales as it were. lol And TOM + the scale . . . don't get me started. ha ha!

05/02: 241.0 - UD - seems like I'm stuck here for a while...dropped down to here after just 5 days of JUDDDing and still here after 13 days...at least it's not creeping back up
