Changed my mind about hiding the scale. Just can't do it! Off to the gym now. Glad I didn't miss seeing that sky dive on the scale.

* Drink more water. Which I did! - MET!
I just read in Dukan's book that 1 teaspoon of salt can cause the tissues in your body to hang on to 2 pounds of water! Yikes! No more potato chips for me for a while. Try drinking green tea and water with lemon if you can today. It's all water for sure, so don't cry! Keeping my fingers crossed for you because you are due for a whoosh!
