Decided to try and weigh EVERY day now, instead of only after a DD. Let's see what happens...
Also, been dealing with a bad cough/cold/allergies? for 2 weeks now. Hoping it ends soon or else I'll be making a trip to the drs for some medicine

05/02: 241.0 - UD - seems like I'm stuck here for a while...dropped down to here after just 5 days of JUDDDing and still here after 13 days...at least it's not creeping back up

re: maintaining. I'm totally relaxed. Today we're having a bbq at work and it's going to be easy peasy. I've worked 3 oz of tri-tip into my DD and still have calories to spare.

I am late to the party (travelled last week from the 1-3) but want to join in again! I'm doing a modified JUDDD (higher DDs, lower UDs (sometimes! ), but trying to get DDs lower) but still trucking along. 10 lbs down since March 26 which is a heck of a lot better than what I was averaging on straight calorie counting and moderate carbs.

Taking my daughter for our annual mom+daughter Disney week after school lets out on June 1st, so my May goal is to get to 192 before we leave on the 3rd. I need to step it up!


5/1 MD 1300 201.4 (not big on mediums but was traveling to Boston for work and needed the next day of my important job to be an up)
5/2 UD 1970 (couldn't weigh at hotel)

Thanks, Kimberly!!! I didn't even get upset today when I saw 200 because a .2 jump is awesome for me after an up day! I know I'll be back in onederland to stay tomorrow!!

Dawn--I am sure you are going to find yourself losing on "maintenance." I started JUDDD at 209 and have modified it considerably so that my down days are 800 and my ups are anywhere from 1800-2100. That would practically seem like maintenance compared to the numbers for most here, but I am still losing about 1.5 lbs a week steadily.

Decided to try and weigh EVERY day now, instead of only after a DD. Let's see what happens...
Also, been dealing with a bad cough/cold/allergies? for 2 weeks now. Hoping it ends soon or else I'll be making a trip to the drs for some medicine

5/6 UD 219.4 Ugh. Haven't been counting calories at all. I have been staying low-carb.
5/8 UD 219 Had a perfect DD yesterday, but didn't lose. Weighed the same yesterday morning too.
5/9 DD 218.6
5/10 UD 217
5/11 DD 216.8 Down after an UD. This has happened twice this week. Think I FINALLY found my nitch!!!!
