Breakfast was coffee and a cucumber with apple cider vinegar.

Lunch will most likely be Wendy's chili and habanero sauce.

This leaves me with about 250 calories for dinner.

FD and I woke up feeling pretty darn good for once! Not 100% total health, but so much better than I have through the whole month of April. I know whatever the problem is is not gone, but at least I'm getting a little break on this nice day. I saw a doctor yesterday, but he doesn't know what it is (said it may be two separate things going on) so I am going to get some tests scheduled in the hopes I can finally get a Dx of this problem.

B

DS(17yo) had a dr. appt. and then I took him to Subway for lunch.

L

-most of a bag of Lays regular chips
-tea

Sophie, I'm glad to hear you are doing a bit better today!! As for my situation, I was pretty sure it was my hiatal hernia acting up, and asked for some prescription-strength prilosec, which my doctor called in for me. I took it Friday, and by Saturday afternoon, I was feeling so much better -

Pray you find out what's wrong and that you feel completely better real soon!

I'm just all over the place today. Lunch was a whole package of Jack Links peppered beef jerkey. I'm still hungry. I'll try to make it to dinner, but I'm not sure if I will. This may end up being the first DD I go over 500. I'm already at 302.

LOL thanks! How is your tummy issue going? I haven't been on much, but have been thinking of you.

I also need to add 3/4 can of soup ~165 and 1 small dark chocolate 25 cals. 795 for the day. Yes high, but still in "weight loss." I don't know why, but around 4:45pm, I started getting cagey...I was too hungry.

Well, thus far I've had

95g Cucumber (12)

Chicken Broth (5)

Will eat something else before bed. Not sure what, but I'll figure something out. Maybe shrimp with avocado?

Aw, thank you, DD. Had a good day today. I go for some tests in 2 weeks, so hopefully I find out exactly what's going on and what to do about it. In the meantime, my eating has changed quite a bit since what I tolerate best are vegetables and fruits, so maybe this will make me healthier anyway in the long run, lol.
