Breakfast: glucomannan pudding made with water and 1/2 scoop SF vegan protein powder (40 calories) Lunch: butternut squash soup + shiratake noodles chopped up and mixed in (100 calories) Dinner: egg white omlette (I mix turmeric in with it to make it look like real eggs) (100 calories) 2 packets of instant oatmeal with a bit of margarine and a bit of coconut milk and SF syrup (250 calories) |

FD and I woke up feeling pretty darn good for once!
B -green tea w/stevia DS(17yo) had a dr. appt. and then I took him to Subway for lunch. L -6" turkey breast on oat/grain bun with no cheese but all the toppings except jalapenos, also with mayo and the Italian dressing -most of a bag of Lays regular chips -tea

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too Last edited by sophiethecat; 05-01-2012 at 10:53 AM.. |
