tired...
hello everyone...
I'm here for my "once in a month complaining bout JUDDD" ... ![]() I love JUDDD, it's easy, it's efective (hmm, at least, in the beginning) but I'm tired of DDs ... As I only have 2 more kilos to drop the scale moves at snail pace and therefore it's hard to mentally commit to strict DDs for a 2lbs a month weigh loss... At the same time it kinda scares me for the "after". Now with proper UD/DD calories i'm more maintaining that losing... so what it's gonna be afterward ? I'm scared of a terrible rebound as soon as I up my calories. not cool !!! Anyway, in order to get the scale moving again I'm trying 2 things starting today : 1 - cut off rice cakes ! I think I developped an addiction to those ! and they're salty... can't be good to eat 8 pieces a day. 2 - avoid sugar. I don't LC, I eat absolutely normaly on UD but maybe a less sugary stuff could help. I'm gonna try to eat my calories more wisely... let's see how it all works... in april i only lost 2 pounds, with only 1 MD and 1 far far and beyond day... may HAS to be better ! summer is coming and I still don't have my dream swimsuit !! ps : I do secretly hope that complaining will call the whoosh fairy my way and unlock the situation ![]()

2kg is only around 5lbs, isn't it? It wouldn't really matter what diet you're doing at that point, it would be slow I suspect (although I've never quite come that close to goal myself so how would I know!)
Are you not feeling any of the other benefits everyone is talking about? |

LOL Annie!! or Agnes (can't do the accents - or more accurately can't remember how!!)
I wonder if - you perhaps you look at this long term - say that by the end of this year you would like the last 2kg (5lbs) to have gone. Up Your DD slightly a couple of times a week - when necessary (to 700 - 750), perhaps almost treat yourself like you are in maintenance. Have you read Yam Yam's post re your weight loss catching up with you - how it takes x amount of days for your body to catch up with every lb of weight you have lost. In all likelihood - you're just catching up with your weight loss. I had very slow weight loss for a month or so - it's picking up again now!!
