I think it will reappear soon....lol. just not after basically fasting for almost 60 days. It's never gone away for good....even after being paleo for almost a decade I was happy to have it back! Once my body is used to food that will be quite appealing I'm sure!

Betty, and I read that DH is joining you on JUDDD after all. You are going to have such fun.thanks Cindy, He is scared to get on the scale lol, he came straight off of hcg due to my urging and he is thinking I am crazy lol. I am feeling amazingly good, hungry this morning after yesterday's DD. It felt GREAT to be able to eat grapes, a banana and yogurt. Without guilt, and really enjoying every bite. Ooooops, sorry to the DDers today. No more food talk like that. I am just so excited that this lifestyle may be THE answer for me.
I miscounted cals yesterday and was over by 110 cals. Hmmmm, blonde moment apparently or that's what I get for adding in my head! But I was under on Monday by 120 so I guess it all works out, but still need to be more careful. 4/30 DD 154.0 5/1 UD 154.0 5/2 DD 152.5 5/3 UD 150.5 Water weight I know, but I do feel less puffy, and that feels good. |

Rose, (will that do?) I think you'll do great. We all do our best counting the calories on our DDs, and our UDs, and some days are better that others. As long as we endeavour to honour our numbers it works out pretty well.

Hello!!!
I've been "lurking" for a few days and bouncing around the threads reading everything! I guess i'm still sorta lurking since i am a week into my second round of hcg. My first round went AWESOME...this one, not so much! So, it might be a short round! BUT I am thinking after transitioning off the hcg i really want to try this juddd! It sounds ideal! I can totally get full on a dd knowing i can have my up day the next! I always did well on cd days on my last p3. I still have a lot of questions (like what exactly does the induction foods look like or is it simply restriction of calories on dd) so i will be "lurking" while i finish out this round of hcg! Shirley and Natasha! I SWEAR I'm not stalking ya'll! ![]() Hope everyone has a great night! |

Yesterday, in Montreal, I ate and ate and ate for my UD. Suspect I was over the top. Okay, I know I was over the top. I can't tell you what a relief it was to do a DD today! I'm so used to criticizing myself after eating like I did yesterday. No criticism today, just a happy, relaxed body and mind. And no question, DDs are getting easier. Thank goodness. Blue Bell is AMAZING! I love the strawberries & cream but all their other flavors look equally YUMMMM! Can't wait to use some UD calories on ice cream this summer! I used to go to Sonic and get a vanilla cone a couple of times a week in the HOT Summer evenings!

Moollenium crunch is my current favorite followed by the Blackberry Cobbler. And just think. On JUDDD I can have my beloved ice cream every other day. Goo Goo CLusters are on hold now that it is ice cream season. I live 30 miles from the Bluebell factory so I may have access to some flavors that they are trying out since I never see them when I am traveling. Love to check out the ice cream selections when I go to Brenham.

Adi - How cool is that! Could be dangerous but not when we're on JUDDD! LOL
I just have to share. On HCG I never worked out so haven't worked out at all since prob last spring. I slacked off over the summer and then started HCG in Oct. So I've started working out again. I did Biggest Loser DVD you alternate cardio/strength 6 days a week. So I started w/ strength and couldn't walk for 4 days then went away for the weekend so restarted this week! Last night was my first Cardio session and I did 85% of it. Had to stop and take a few breaks. On HCG I lost all of my BUTT but still have a lot left in the middle back and front and sides! I felt so fat and plus yesterday was an UD so had lots of food in my tummy making it poke out I presume! My workout top just made it look worse! So anyway, this morning I was pulling out some clothes out of boxes trying them on and I noticed my tummy didn't look as bad as it did yesterday. I know one day of cardio wouldn't really make a difference but it feels good to know I am going to be getting stronger and toning up and hopefully losing more fat now! I just watched Paula Deen make some Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake Bars! OMG! She also made some Crab Pot Pies! I am dying to try those! Another tidbit for me today - I haven't eaten anything yet! I held off til lunch! Yay! My tummy really wasn't growling either! I am loving this diet so far! Happy Cinco Eve!!! I had a margarita cupcake last night! Love JUDDD!

I am usually not a daily weigher, but I am just so curious how this WOE works, it's like an experiment I want to learn about, no matter what the scale says, since I will be tracking measurements weekly. |

We are nearly 2pm here and feeling great on my 4th DD. Such an improvement over the first few times, I can't tell you how relieved I am about that!
Thanks to everyone who posts their ideas on how to make DD easier, the hot broth and miracle noodles saved me last time! Although, in retrospect, just half a pack of miracle noodles next time. Ahem. Moving quickly on, keep on truckin' everyone! Love to hear how you are all faring, the good the not so good and everything else. : ) BFN, D D |

still hanging in! I'm feeling hungry, but not distractedly so. I ate a salad for lunch followed by an apple and used 257 calories. I'm having the same thing for dinner.
I've had two pots of tea so far and that's been lovely. I woke up feeling a lot of water weight (fingers felt tight!) but it's gone now. I'm really liking this so far! I'm looking forward to dinner, but certainly don't feel ravenous. I think Sunday will be even better. I didn't have quite enough protein yesterday, just because I couldn't. Hopefully my appetite will be even better tomorrow and I can focus more on MEAT! |

CactusRose - Yep sure is! I also think b/c I was working at home, it was easier. I was up about 2 hours later than I would have been if I had went into work. I am diggin it though! LOL Damazon - Yay!! Circusgirl - I am also wondering if I had more protein on my UD which is why I wasn't really hungry til lunch time today. Protein is key for me. |
