A Skeptic Weighs In...One Month on JUDD
I started out more than a little skeptical. Now, I am totally, completely in JUDD awe!

Today is the last day of my first month on JUDD.

My Results for the First Month on JUDD:

I LOST 15.2 POUNDS in ONE MONTH!!!!!


Before starting JUDD I was averaging the same calories, but the scale was not impressed. My Low Calorie/Lowish Carb Results: January through March (thirteen weeks): Total Lost 14.8 pounds

I ALMOST feel guilty! I honestly didn’t realize it was possible for me to lose weight at this rate. (I am hypothyroid, post-menopausal, pre-diabetic). I have A LOT of weight to lose which is likely why such a dramatic start was even possible? Whatever the reason I will take it! I hope to keep this roll going for awhile.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANKS to all who post here and show us what is possible! And thanks for letting me crow!

Heading out for awhile, hubby is taking me out for breakfast, it’s a UD!

Congrats!!

I just posted about being excited over my 12 lb loss during my first JUDDD month.

Isn't it a fantastic feeling?

And as someone pointed out to me, I lost that weight in only 15 days of "dieting".
