DD :
one meal all the day :1 cup of lentil soup(contain 2 tbsp of raw lentil+half onion+40 gram carrot)+2 hard boiled eggs +1/2 lettuce head+1 medium cucumber + 2 medium tomatoes ...
about 300 calories and i have no appetite at all to eat the remaining calories i think i will save them to tomorrow ..

I have not been very hungry today and have barely put a dent in my UD calories. Then I got invited to lunch for tomorrow, so I've made today a MD (and I'm still struggling to make those!)

in unrelated news, I'm surprisingly not hyper from the tea... maybe I can do green, or at least on DDs.

- baked trout w/asparagus

Maybe a bowl of banana/strawberries with some vanilla yogurt later. Or I might make popcorn if I need something heavier/saltier

Dinner was steak, broccoli, bow-tie pasta with marinara, and copious amounts of wine.

Good to see you around again, DD! Yeah, don't worry about the TOM eating - it's like this for me too every month - I'm unfillable and the things I want seem to make no sense half the time. Junk foods and stuff I don't usually crave will suddenly be after me. You'll come out of this on the other side and be OK.
