My first easy dd

Im so glad, they were killing me! Coffe this morning, a skinny Carmel macchiato, and dinner was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and a lot of broccoli! My meatloaf muffins have 100 calories a piece. Easy portion control!
Tomorrow is my first weigh in, 1 week down! Wish me luck

We are all on tenterhooks now!

I am looking forward to some shrimp in their shell for this evening's DD meal. Take so much longer to eat and therefore enjoy, that way.

I've been dieting for the past 2 1/2 months and am always looking for east, but delicious, low calorie recipes. I get easily burnt out on the same old diet foods, so when my friend passed this onto me, I "gobbled" it up!
Here's the recipe:

1 lb of extra lean ground beef
1 box of Stove Top Stuffing-Savory Herb
2 egg whites
1 C water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin tin with Pam cooking spray. Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl. Fill each muffin cup approximately half full with the mixture. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until done.

Approximately 100 calories and 2 grams of fat per "cake".

The ground beef can be substituted with ground turkey or ground chicken. You can also top with ketchup if you like that.

Thanks, looks good. I entered it all with 96/4 ground beef since that's the leanest I can find at my local grocery stores, and I can get it down to 108 calories if I divide it into 12 muffins. If it makes 8, the lowest I could get it was 162 which is still great for a DD meal.

The recipe doesn't really say. I just know mine made 8. What do you enter ingredients in for calorie count on recipes?

I use ************. There's a recipe option and you enter whatever you use in the recipe, then it asks how many servings for the entire recipe, and it does the math for you.
