I was TAKEN!!!

by the thoughts in my head that said "you don't need JUDDD just eat healthy and portion control". So since supper time on Thursday until today that is what has possessed my brain. Until this morning I woke up with this new energy that said "No, go away I need JUDDD" I know it is working for me and I look forward to the scale moving down more than the few days watching it go up (TOM is coming soon also). I love the feel of UD and DD. So why did that possess me into thinking otherwise.

But I am back on track with JUDDD thoughts and today is UD and tomorrow DD with rotation. I know I can do this and make it work. I lost initially really well in March, then slowed in April.. which I didn't want to see, but it happened. I know I was not perfect and that cost me a month.

I can do this and will lose. Today I cleaned out my closet of anything that doesn't fit for being too small and giving to charity. My reward for losing will be to get new clothes . Also a good reward will be cholesterol going down also.


Hoping to lose 20 more pounds by the time I go to Napa Valley! Good goal.

Ok, just had to get that out there for acccountablity for myself.

Good for you.

I think we have all, on occasion, had similar thoughts. But then I remember that I can have a Devonshire Cream tea without guilt on the occasional UD, no way that comes into normal healthy eating and portion control.

And I still like the feeling of pride after a good DD.

I think maybe there was something about April this year. There's been a lot of slow-downs or mini-plateaus this month. I'm hoping May will be better for us all!

I used to be tempted by that idea. But not any more. I know too much. It's the consequence of being an info junkie. When those thoughts even try to worm their way in, I think of how all the "experts" said EAT CARBS!! Have pasta! Have bread!!! Have lots of potatoes several times a day!!! Um. Wonder why there is an obesity epidemic??????? Remember the original food pyramid??? Yeah. Right.

Just stick to JUDD. You'll be good.

It's been horrible for me as well! I'm really struggling with JUDDD and I lost really well when I started back in February. I can't get past 202 to save my life, maybe that's why I keep cheating OR maybe I keep cheating and that's why I can't get below 202

Sometimes, I really think I need my head examined!!!

I have those same thoughts also.

Today is DD and got invited to going away party for coworker, after her shift, I couldn't just have coffee so too the smallest piece of cake possible. But its hard workout tonight so that will burn that off right
