Judding and Intermitent Fasting

I came from HCG after losing 70 pounds and lost 7 more pounds on JUDD. However after those 7 pounds I was stuck. Maintaining, but couldn't budge any more weight loss. So I started researching IF. I have been doing JUDD along with IF now for about a week and am down a couple of pounds. I just stopped eating breakfast and have a 16 hour fasting every day. I eat from noon to about 7 or 8 at night. So far this is working great.

Glad to hear you did some research and came up with a plan that is working for you. That's the most important thing and there are so many health benefits to IF (JUDD is a form of IF as well).

There are several others who are doing some Fast-Five or Warrior type IF or MUDDing with JUDDing and post about it here every now and then.

Congrats on your great losses!!!

So far it is working great for me. While JUDD is a type of IF, I expanded my fasting window and seems to be what did the trick.

Finally I seem to be losing that nagging belly fat.

Sometimes all it takes is something to trick your body.

Glad you found some extra ooomph, Sherry! I do similar "shake-ups" since it works so well with my schedule, my appetite, and just to keep things interesting, haha! KUTGW, my JUDDD bud!

I eat similarly.

In addition to JUDDD, on DD I eat all of my 380 cals within an hour or so in the evening, and on UD I eat all my 1900 cals in a six hour window, again in the evening. It works for me! Plus, I worry about food so much less.

I love the opportunities JUDDD gives us to learn more about ourselves and how each of our bodies metabolizes food! As you say, I truly enjoy feeling empty and just not thinking about food.
