D: big salad with bnls skls chicken (300)
Diet coke and coffee in the evening.

I'm feeling so much better today; my doctor gave me a prescription for prilosec, and by the first day, my stomach was less painful and sensitive; this is day 3 of the med, and for the first time in almost a week or so, my appetite came back! So my menu for today:
B: A few pringles chips
L/D: total of 3 slices of pizza hut with veggies on top, 2 diet sodas, water
S: 1/2 slice of lemon cake
So glad I'm feeling better, and ready for a good DD tomorrow!

Strawberry shortcake - 1packaged little yellow shortcake, 100g fresh from the field strawberries sliced, 2 tbsp cool whip
1/2 turkey sandwich with brown mustard, dill pickle spear, 14 cheez-it's
3 oz. carrot chips, 1 tbsp veggie dip, 4 cucumber slices
496 calories - if I can have strawberry shortcake on a DD and still lose weight this will be the best diet ever!
I am if finding that DD are almost easier than up - if I don't start eating early in the days it seems like I just don't really get that hungry and even if tummy gets a little growly it passes and the. I'm fine.

I had pork jowl for brunch and 2 dill pickles. I'm guessing I consumed around 700-800 calories. Not great, but not horrible either.
