calories between UD"s and DD's

Just wondering if there should be a certain number of calories between the UD amount and the DD amount. I thought I read there should be at least a 1,000 calorie difference.

Is that correct or am I dreaming?

Your DD should be half the calories (or fewer) than your "normal" UD calories to ensure that you're keeping the sirtuins active.
