UD for me! Yay! My 3rd one!
B - oatmeal w/ apple/cinnamon added in prob 1 tbsp of cherries/blueberries/walnuts/almonds, skim milk (tummy is growling at me now - telling me it's used to eggs, sausage, bacon!) L - prob tuna sub on ww from Subway w/ sunchips & diet lemonade D - BBQ Nachos and curly fries S - wine coolers We're going to a BBQ & Blues Festival at 4pm. My twin cousins band performs every year. So we'll be hanging out til about 10pm listening to music, there's a car show, lots of BBQ, drinking and fun! Thank GOD today is an UD!!!

Good morning, Happy Friday!!
Still feeling lousy, will be talking to my doctor this afternoon; had a 5-pound weight loss, thrilled at the loss, was sick when it happened, but I'll take it!! My menu today:B: water, crackers L: 1/3 dish of leftover penne pasta, 4 shrimp, mushroom, bit of parmesan cheese on top S: a poptart (maybe) D: banana, bag of 100-calorie popcorn Water all day |

UD -- the munchies have been with me since Wednesday... did OK yesterday (DD), but today if it wasn't glued down, well... I had 2 cups of coffee and a bowl of cereal with milk for breakfast, lunch was a 300 cal burger, small bowl of melon, then 2 cookies, a 100 cal bag of popcorn, a 100 cal brownie, probably more stuff... then I met DH for dinner and had an enchilada meal at Puerto Vallarta restaurant!!! And the munchies are still here!! So, I think I'll have a couple more cookies... and start again tomorrow. I don't like these kinds of days but I get them occasionally and my pants are STILL getting baggy!!!
