Japanese is high in salt. That might be why the scales don't move?

UD

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with honey and coconut oil and apple. Coffee

Lunch: seafood salad with mayo.

Dinner: Meatballs with tomato sauce and wholewheat pasta.

Snacks will be a green smoothie and a square or ten of dark chocolate.

Have a lovely celebration dinner Dawn.

DD going well, what a relief.

1 cappuccino, and one Bovril drink so far.

Homemade Tom Yam soup tonight, lots of veggies and a tiny bit of chicken. Yummy.

It's an UD.

I know I want a bbq bacon cheeseburger (homemade on 'good' bread). And I really want a salad. So that will probably be dinner.

Breakfast will be a post workout shake, if I ever get going to do it. LOL

Lunch.....a quesadilla and chips with beans sounds good.

If I need a snack it will be an apple with pb.

Nicki - salad, potato and broccoli sounds delish! I love all 3 of those from RL! But I do love the shrimp scampi and fried shrimp too. I have a friend who is a vegan but she eats seafood. I looked it up one day and told her she was a "Pescetarian"!

I started feeling weird/light headed around 11am. I had eaten 2 hb eggs at breakfast, drank 2 big cups of water and ate 3/4 of a luna protein bar. I am not as queasy now. A co-worker had a can of progresso soup so I am eating it for lunch instead of drinking the pure protein shake...Will take it home for dinner. I am thinking I will need the soup each at lunch on DD b/c of all the broth and it being hearty despite low in cals it will keep me satisfied.
